This it the best and easiest car lot to work with! I traded my 2010 Altima in and they gave me a great price for it. I traded for a 2014 grabber blue mustang!! GORGEOUS car!!! My dream car!!! And on top of that at a great price! Hans was super nice and had everything ready for us! They are a great car lot! I will definatly be back if I need any more cars! SUPERB DEALERSHIP!!!! My first interaction was with online viewing of the add, it had several pictures and all the info you could ask for. Second was with the customer service from Hans and Fred.....let me tell you just awesome treatment was given especially since I wasn't able to get to the dealership until right before closing time. They stayed past normal hours to help get into a car. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima and it was a very pleasurable experience. The dealership was orderly and they where well prepared with documentation in order to expedite the sale in a quick fashion. I strongly recommend this dealership to any and all even those who are out of state. Their online service is above reproach.

This is a LONG overdue review! Sorry Hans, Fred and Heather! We bought a 2006 Chevy Uplander that had a couple issues with it. Hans and Fred went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and we were happy with our purchase. They are a family friendly dealer! Even hot cocoa in the lounge. I was a little nervous about purchasing a car I only saw on the internet from an out of state dealer even though I did my due dilligence on the car and the dealorship. My experience was excellent. Hans communicated with me well in the negotiation process on the car I was purchasing and with my trade-in. He also arranged the financing. I feel like I got a great deal on my new car and everything was as represented. The process took literally 30 minutes once I arrived. I couldn't be happier. Many thanks to Fred, Hans, and Heather. After a frustrating experience at another dealer in Murfreesboro I found a car of interest located at Auto Collection of Murfreesboro, TN. I was not exited about going through the process of being mistreated/disrespected again. The 1st person I met was Fred, he was so easy going and friendly that I wondered if I was even at a car dealership. He listened to my wife and I, allowed us to drive the cars on our own. I had financing from my credit union but the car we ended up really wanting was a little more, so at "my" request he ran another check that was way simpler and only took around 10 minutes. The lender beat the rate by a full point and Fred dropped the price a little to help close the deal. We now have a beautiful 2012 VW Jetta GLI Autobahn, 27k miles, that still smells new and has factory warranty left!!! Heather helped with the paperwork; she is very friendly and super professional. These are real people treating their customers like real people. Going to see them is a must! (BTW: Honestly, I never write reviews)
