They relentlessly work to keep a great diversity of very nice clean pre-owned vehicles flowing through there constantly growing facility. They have affordable, dependable transportation to high end low mileage cars and trucks.They are offering a very attractive and smart investment in a car buying experience by crushing the competition of a new car price that comes with an immediate depreciation as soon as you leave the lot. Their financing is painless, one application gives you a variety of loan options, with you picking the one that fits your budget. As far as service and repairs go I have personally seen these guys go above and beyond to keep the customers who buy cars off their lot happy and repairs made fairly and cost effectively. They also offer detailing and preventative maintenance to customers. I have bought from Auto Collection and will continue to ....... watch out Middle Tn. this company is here to stay and is definitely on a sturdy rise to the top in pre-owned sales, service and quality.

I was blown away at how painless this entire process was. Unfortunately I had some bad luck with my old vehicle so I was needing to find something better in quality and find it quickly. I was driving by Auto Collection when I saw a very nice looking Jeep Grand Cherokee. I pulled in and began looking at it. One of the members of Auto Collection (I didn't get their name unfortunately) approached me and asked if they could help with anything. I kindly replied that I was just looking at this time. He let me know that he was there if I needed anything, then left me be. Didn't hover around and pester me with questions, very much no pressure at all. The next day I went by to test drive the vehicle. Again, a super easy relaxed process. They let me test drive for about 2 hours, so I was able to get a good feel for the vehicle. I returned and immediately put down a deposit so that the vehicle could be saved for me. I had one request before I made a purchase and that was they let me take the vehicle to a local Mechanic to have it looked over to ensure no major problems were hiding. They were very encouraging of me to do that and had zero problems with my request. They had the vehicle ready for me bright and early at 7am the next week so I could take it and get it looked at. The mechanic identified a few minor problems (power steering hose needing to be replaced soon, transmission line needing to be replaced soon, and bad sway bar links) and quoted it all out for me to take back to the dealer. I showed the papers to Hans, and right away he said they would repair the sway bar links for me at no charge, which was the most expensive repair of the few problems. With that in mind, I went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle, and it was quick and easy. I came back the next day and their mechanic fixed the sway bar links, and now I don't have to worry about that. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and my overall experience with Auto Collection. I have definitely told people good things about this dealer and will point them in the right direction when they have vehicle needs.
