Negative 100 if I could give it!I don't know what else to say ....they have a D rating from the BBB.....my experience was terrible.......how do they get these reviews

When we pulled into the dealership, I was a little nervous at how the salespeople flocked to us to make us "their" customer. In fact, we had already spoken to a salesperson on the phone, and the one that met us wanted us to be her customer. She really through the other one under the bus. When we finally met our salesperson, they talked bad about each other. Not the professional introduction you are looking for. The facility is an old service station and parking is incredibly difficult. They were rather rude when you try to park, and I thought, I am here to buy a car. Don't be rude! Not a good sales pitch. Our serviceperson was dressed very unprofessional. I know that it is good to be you, but if she hadn't introduced herself, I would have thought she was a customer. We got to know her and really liked her, however, that initial contact took us back a minute. We were there ALL DAY! Do not think that you are going to hop in and hop out. Communication among employees was non existent. We went and had lunch! Too much not happening to get us out of there sooner. Also, they will try to bust you with interest rates. Don't do it. I recommend being pre-approved for the loan when you go in. We were given am 8% interest rate (are you kidding me) and when talked to my bank, I was at 3%. That is a huge savings, about $100 a month, on a 60 month loan. Always try to have your financing done before you go. You ask how do they make their money...this is where they make their money!!! $$$$ I see where someone mentioned they do not budge on the price, and I would have to agree with that. We tried to bargain, but there was no moving the price. I wanted the car, so I bit the bullet. I hate having to do that! Here is where the true problem came in....licensing my vehicle. They purchased from the auction a few days before I bought from them and never got the title signed off on. My drive out tags expired and it was 24 days (yes more than 3 weeks later) that the situation was finally resolved. The licensing division in my county was calling them, and had been for a month, trying to resolve this and they would not call back. Finally had to get stern with them when we were told there was nothing that they could do. That was not a good answer. After that, it was a week and we were ready with our new plates. I have mixed feelings on recommending this dealer. I love my car, however, I am not sure that I couldn't have purchased a similar car somewhere else with not all the hassle. If you are up for an all day event, don't mind the almost creepy atmosphere of the office (watch the floor as you are in there....there literally is nothing under it and it is like walking on a trampoline!) then go for it. If you are looking for a more professional experience, you may want to move on.

Surprised and impressed, just came out to look and draw an opinion about doing business at this dealership. Upon beginning my observations, I notice that the fancy cars (BMW's, Mercedes) were original paint, so I continued to walk the lot. Wind up buying an awesome 2011 Sienna XLE at a great price & great % rate. I'll buy here again in 2 months!

Super nice vehicles and super nice people to work with! First of all, the truck is GORGEOUS and in GREAT shape for such a low price! GREAT DEAL! Also, we noticed an oil leak on the truck we were wanting to purchase and they fixed it right away! It was a quality experience doing business with them for sure!
