CHUCK WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY.....EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY THUS FAR...............IN AND OUT WITH NO PROB..........TEST DRIVE WAS GOOD

How do they even sell cars at this place! I was so excited to drive 5 hours to get in the car that I have been dreaming about for 4 months and I finally found the dealer that had exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I called these guys and was talking with an EDWIN I believe his name was and when talks about my trade got involved he got silent... NO RESPONSE!!! I had the cash for the vehicle I just wanted a fair price for my trade and they couldn't even provide a single response!! That's poor customer service and I'm so glad it happened because I know their true colors I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND I WILL BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT A DEALER WHO KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS!!!!

After shopping around and spending hours in dealerships, I came here and was able to make a great FAST.

My Sales person Chuck was the best, He was very professional, Have knowledge on my vehicle, how the process would happen and the process was quick. The professionals was friendly and nice. The facility was clean and a warm environment

Went to go see a car from their ad. First the cars were so jammed up in their lot, the car I liked was literally bumper to bumper. Second, they had us waiting outside in the cold (15-20 min) while both the Sales guys argued on who had the keys to the car that was blocking the one I wanted to test drive. Take your arguments in private, not in front of guests. Environment was negative and I got tired of waiting. Wouldn't go there again.

Chuck was an excellent sales person from start to finish. I explained my financial hardship over the phone, he listened and gave me hope, had me fill out the application, and I was on my way to a new car. His patience, and dedication to his job is outstanding. Hopefully I will be able to buy all of my cars in the future from EZ Auto Finance for just because of their excellent customer service.

i went to look at a car, the reverse did not work, they said they would fix it, when I went back the car was gone, I looked at another car, put a down payment on it and when I returned, it was sold. I was then told they would find me a car just like it, that one was complete garbage, finally drove another one that I liked, quoted a price but when it came to doing the paperwork, the price jumped up significantly and after all of this I should have backed out of the dealership, but I really wanted the car, I had some things I asked to be repaired they said they would take care of them but after a few weeks of keeping my car, they told me that it would cost too much to fix, I even offered to pay a portion of that but still my car is not fixed, so I took it home, the next week I paid my 1st payment and still my car is not fixed...worst experience ever, workin on getting my credit right to avoid places like this... Chuck was quick to respond and was very nice, patient and professional. The entire buying process was great. AAron walked me thru the entire process and explained everything.. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I came to the dealership really to just look at a car and Ralph was VERY helpful and understanding to how much I was going to put down on my car. He also worked it to where my payments was affordable.
