GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The overall experience had at this dealership was exceptional. From start to finish the E-Z Auto staff made my car buying experience very easy. They were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted with a low down payment as well as having a low payments. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to check them out.

Just been unhappy since the day 1

I got 2005 Bmw x3 from them and the first day I drove it the service engine light came on. I been having issues period and I'm paying car notes. They said they will fix it so in waiting to see now...

We love our X5!

I am very happy to say that I now drive my dream car thanks to the staff at E-Z Auto Finance! Our sales person Ralph was very helpful, informative, and more attentive to our needs than any other sales person we have ever dealt with. Our loan program was put together by the finance manager named Patrick. Let me tell you, this guy is sharp as a whip and was more than willing to get me the information I was requesting. (I had financing with USAA going in, but Patrick showed us the rates one of their local lenders had offered and it was .95% lower than what we were getting at USAA.) We have already sent both my brother and grandmother to purchase vehicles from them. (My grandmother wanted to buy a convertible mercedes before the prices "went up" in spring time, as she put it so eloquently put it?lol) We have already recommended two of our family members, and we would obviously recommend anyone else to stop by and visit E-Z Auto Finance. NEVER AGAIN!!

After driving out of state to purchase a car- my entire experience has been anything but pleasing! My first experience at his dealership, should have gave me a clue to run like xxxx! Approaching the first sales rep I immediately told her what I was looking for and that I would be paying cash. I ask her if the price would be negotiable and her reply was "nothing will come between us as far as a sale". Cool, so I test drove the car, sat down to negotiate a price. She wrote my offer down on a piece of paper and returned with a reply written down that said "we are many moons apart"! RUDE. No counter-offer, NOTHING, they let us walk. He (the sales manager) insisted on the listed sale price and would not budge. The person who referred me to the business called them the next day and spoke with this lady, she was very rude, loud, and I was later told that their conversation was overheard throughout the dealership. My friend hung up and called back and spoke with a gentleman, who told him to have me comeback and see him personally, in which I did. Trip #2- I purchased the car, price was non- negotiable, but was told I could pay sales tax in my state (NC) which is cheaper than Ga., however- the dealership added an additional charge of $500, for what they said was a DOCK FEE if I chose to do so. During this process construction was going on, sounded like non-stop jack hammering. While doing the paperwork they took my vehicle to have fluids checked etc. We waited for over an hour for the car to be returned (after paperwork was complete). I made my journey home, and my check engine light comes on. It was pouring the rain and the handling of the car was unbearable. After returning home, I take my car to a BMW specialist. No fluids were topped off, NOR did it even have windshield Wiper fluid. I feel like the vehicle was pillaged because after returning home with the car, the trunk cover had been removed exposing the under carriage of the car. The BMW specialist changed the spark plugs, oil, and also replaced coil #3 which was triggering the check engine light and causing the car to miss. In addition, I had to replace the 2 back tires which were mismatched from the front and completely bald. There is still more automotive work required! Now on to the title work-- I placed a phone call to the dealership explaining that the tag was expiring on Feb 6, 2015. When I purchased the car I was short $1400 in which they set up in two payments, the last payment was to be made Feb 22, 2015. They told me they could not issue another temporary tag and that I would need to send the remainder $700 to release the title. Why did they not issue me a temp tag to cover me though Feb 22, 2015?? I asked that question and they did not have an answer. I had just sent them the first payment of $700 three days prior. Jennifer said she would figure something out and call me back. I never received a return phone call. To make a long story short, today Feb.13, 2015, I paid the remaining $700 just so I could get the title work so that I would be able to drive the car, which is my only means of transportation. I was back and forth on the phone today with EZ to get my title overnighted, which also was a struggle. Think twice before dealing with this company!!!!

overall service

I PURCHASED A 2005 ACURA RL ,HAD A PROBLEM WITH EMISSION. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A GAS PROBLEM ,BUT THAT WAS A LIE ,CAR NEED OXYGEN SENSOR ,ALSO TIRES ARE A BAD ,ALSO WAS IT ROAD SURFACE ,TOOK CAR TO TIRES DEALER ,FOUND OUT THEY ARE BAD ALSO CD PLAYER DOESNT WORK . I AM TOTALLY DISSATIFIED WITH CAR . NOW I HAVE TO REPAIR PLUS MAKE PAYMENTS .HOW WULD YOU FEEL WITH THIS CAR

Aaron is the Best

I never thought I would be able to drive a BMW. After speaking with Aaron I learned a lot about credit, finance options and how to purchase a quality used luxury car. Every question I asked him he had an answer for. I love my BMW 750 and could not be happier with my car. I love it, my family loves it and it turns heads everywhere i go. If you want a nice luxury car it is a must that you go see Aaron at E-Z Auto.

Ralph is the man! Highly recommended!

We recently found ourselves in need of a reliable "daily driver" automobile after experiencing sudden and severe engine trouble with one of our current cars. Ralph was a most courteous and accommodating salesman we've ever encountered while looking at many used cars all over the Atlanta metro area. After explaining just what we were looking for and our down payment amount, he steered us in the right direction and we ended up with a beautiful '05 BMW X5 with an extended warranty! This was after looking all over the area within a 30 mile radius at similar/comparable models and prices. Plus, Patrick could not have been better at securing financing and explaining exactly what everything costs and why. E-Z Auto Finance has been a most pleasant used auto buying experience for us. Don't buy until you go see what Ralph and Patrick can do for you!

Very Happy Customer

I have never bought a vehicle from a used car dealership before. As a single mom it was hard for me to come up with a big down payment to drive a nice, dependable, high end car. I called E-Z Auto Finance, Inc. They told me to come in and check out their inventory so I could see if they had what I was looking for. When I got there, I expected a pushy salesperson who was just wanting to make a sale. Instead, I found a team of fellas who were very laid back and interested in getting me into a dependable car that I could afford. Patrick worked very hard with the down payment I had and Aaron found me a great BMW (which I didn't think I could own). I love it. I am so excited with my new/used car. I want to thank these guys for being such a great help to me and I highly recommend them. Buying a car from E-Z was very easy. Haha

Rusted out Sport Trac sold to a first time buiyer

Obviously those that work at E-Z Auto Finance have no conscience. Anyone that can sell a rusted out Ford Sport Trac to naive first time buyer is what gives used car sales a bad name. These guys should not be allowed to be in business. That young man worked hard to make money to buy a car and you took it from him. Shame on you!
