Very Friendly employees.

I took my 2013 charger for routine maintenance.

I took my 2013 charger for routine maintenance. I had already prepaid for the service. They did the work. They did charge me extra for tire rotation. They got my car done pretty quick (about an hour or so). I did have an appointment. They did not offer a courtesy ride so I just walked to my office. I took about a half hour.

They took care of my car and got it back to me in a short

They took care of my car and got it back to me in a short amount of times. Fixed everything that was wrong and communicated very professionally as well.

Very clean dealership.

Very clean dealership. Personnel are helpful, courteous, and pleasant to deal with they treat you as a welcomed customer. They offer you a ride home if your vehicle is to be there for some time which is beneficial on my part. In addition, they have a coffee machine which is just great, and the area is always kept clean. This dealership gets an A plus from me.

Sells you a 110.

Sells you a 110.00 car and wont warranty it .clovis dodge is a rip off bought a 2021 challenger srt superstock all the electric went out .no radio no ac no windos work . And charged me 200 to look at it .and told me it was above their pay grade .only had 7100 miles and it is 2 years old .really good about selling a car but warranty is not worth nothing

We apologize that you are un-satisfied with your recent service visit. Our service manager, Khalid, did try to reach out to you via cell phone and left you a voicemail. During your visit, we determined that your electrical concern is related to your door modifications. When you had the Gull Wing style doors installed on your vehicle, the installing facility spliced the factory wiring harness to accommodate the additional length of wire needed for the doors. Our technician determined that there is a potential problem with that modification (broken wire, short, etc.). Because of the modification, we are currently unable to cover the diagnostic/repairs under warranty. These modifications are not performed at our dealership. Due to our unfamiliarity with this type of modification, we felt it would be in your best interest to return to the facility that installed the kit. SERVICE ADVISER CHECKED ME IN AT THE EXACT TIME SCHEDULED. ADDED THE RECALL ITEM TO MY VISIT WITHOUT ANY PROPLEM. SIX HOURS LATER CALL WAS READY TO PICK UP. PLEASENT LADY AT CASH DESK. PERSON WHO DELIVERED CAR AT PICK AREA VERY NICE. HAPPY WITH DEALERSHIP STAFF.
