Drove an hour into Clovis for a scheduled appointment that I made two weeks in advance. The parts weren’t on hand. No compensation, no willingness to try and save the relationship or make up for the incompetence. Go to Visalia, trust me, save yourself the hassle

Horrible service experience
The best, no bull car buying experience. We called from out of town got the best price over phone drove to dealer. We were only ther for 2 hours for buying process, and transferring belongings to new car and installing front and rear dash cameras. Super friendly salesman Kurt, and finance Tom. Out of 15 dealerships we went to they were the only ones that didn't add mark ups and expensive addon that are garbage, and had a true straight up price.

I have no issues with this dealership, they are friendly, the facility is always clean. Service personnel seen to get the job done correctly the first time. This time however I had to wait for parts, I guess that is not unreasonable in today's market especially with the numbers of parts required for different vehicles serviced. So, I am not disappointed, I addition, the waiting area is excellent, and the beverage area is great and always kept clean, although I did not use this area this visit, I did not use the ride home service offered this time as my wife was able to pick me up, I do appreciate that the service is provided by the dealership and not Uber. Some dealers use Uber, and I find then most times unacceptable. To me the vehicles are dirty, and the personnel are not friendly or someone I would care to associate with.

The service came out quickly. I explained what I needed and was given a quote and time frame. They met all my expectations. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would refer friends and family to them.

The service department kept me updated on the issue. He provided me with some options to get the service I needed. I was advised of the cost of such a service and the time frame to get me back on the road with my vehicle.

I took my truck in to get work done when they said it was fixed and finished I picked it a new noise went back the following week have the technician that worked on it who's been a Chrysler for 38 years is a master technician go for a test drive said he heard something fluttering but he wasn't sure if it was part of the truck itself got back up to the service advisor after the test drive he tells the service advisor he really didn't hear anything I told master technician who I went on test drive with while we were driving nobody's perfect he turned around and looked at me and didn't say a word so I took that as he's perfect I said it doesn't matter what happened or who did it my truck is still under warranty let's fix it please before my warranty expires in 2 months on December 16th suffice to say it never got fixed. Also my passenger rear signal light was out when I picked up my truck originally after they said it was fixed the code came on the light was out I thought to myself why don't you ask me if we need to fix it come to find out it was under warranty so why didn't they at least order the parts I had to call back and tell him all these things cuz I didn't talk to him when I picked it up originally after seeing the code I was so disgusted also my overflow box for my radiator keeps going empty I took her to the Fresno Dodge now the Clovis nobody can seem to find out what's wrong with it which is ridiculous it's not supposed to be empty only when it's hot and goes back into the block then it's supposed to get cold off and go back into the box the overflow box these are ridiculous things now I have to go back and get my signal fixed which makes no sense I would not recommend either one of these dealerships ever

Just wanted to clarify Kelly Moore here again the work was done the attempt was done at the Clovis Dodge in Clovis California not the Fresno Dodge
