Do not honor pricing and poor communication
Found vehicle advertised for sale went to their website and price was different and called Nate he told me that the price i was seeing on their website was the price i asked for a 1400 discount and told him i would buy it he said he would call back. after about 3 hours i called back and spoke with Nate again said he will call back in 15 to 20 min never called went on their website and they increased the price by 7500 beware dealing with this dealer especially Nate

Advertised ram for 47k on auto trader went into dealer...
Advertised ram for 47k on auto trader went into dealer website to find out there was no way you could get it for 47 k but they had their price of 51437 called and talked to Nate and he said to deduct the dealer discount and fca discount so i offered him 50k he said he would get back to me, After several hours i called him said he had been busy and will call me back in 15 to 20 minutes 6 hours later and no call but since i had a set up be be notified of price change i recieved a notification that the price went up by 7500, Nate could have called once in 10 hours. would not sell the vehicle for price they had posted on their website like Nate had said. Beware dealing with dealer.

Where to start... Wow... firstly I will say AVOID this place!!! Please take the time to read this review, I have a history with this dealership and one that wont be repeating itself. in 2015 I bought a brand new Jeep JK, after about 6 months the body started to peel up in the back where the soft top was connected. I took it to this dealership the response was "do you drive with the windows down? That's what caused the problem and its not covered under warranty." Soooo, the body wasn't covered... Ok that's fine, I let that go. My uncle bought a 2011 Jeep in 2015 from here, the air conditioner never worked right. He took it back and they gave him the run around for weeks... Finally they repaired it or so they said. He ended up going to another shop later to find out the repair was not done correctly. $1,500.00 later my uncle got his AC fixed from a normal shop. During his purchase he had gotten the life time oil changes... The oil they used was as thin as water, was always low when he got it back, and on top of that one time they left the upper radiator hose loose and not clipped to the shroud like it was supposed to be. This caused the hose to rub against the belt and ruptured it leaving a disabled man stranded in a parking lot. So now we fast forward 5 years... I bought a 2021 Jeep JL there recently, I had requested the dual top group, as we went through the build the guy I was on the phone with who I wont mention said if you had issues with the soft top do you really need it?" Hearing what he had to say I said no but I want the freedom 3 piece hard top painted to match. So that was left on the build, I asked them to remove the steel bumpers and painted to match fenders since that is all coming off anyway. They were removed. he sent me over another build sheet, this sheet said NOTHING about ANY tops so I approved the sheet. A month or so later the jeep is finally here, I was sooo excited because I was having a jeep build just for me, kinda cool right? well the jeep rolled into my driveway and it had a soft top. I told the sales rep this has to be fixed, so I was told in worst case scenario I would buy the correct hard top at cost. So I get an email from the same person who I built the jeep with over the phone, he said we both missed it, but in my previous communications I said I wanted a hard top. So this is where it gets really frustrating... They tell me the new hard top is $2,600.00 and it is not painted to match through their parts department. I was rather upset at this point... I ended up signing the loan document and getting the top, they decided to pull a top off a jeep and put it on mine there so I didnt have to wait and they took the soft top back. They came and got the jeep, took it in, I was so excited finally I get the vehicle I wanted... a few hours later I called the guy who took the jeep to the shop for the hard top install. I verified with him over the phone that the hard top would have all of the wiring for the wiper and the hose hooked up for the water line. he said yes. about 2 hours later the jeep arrives, one of the first things the guy says is I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the wiring and the washer tube didn't come with it. So mad I email the guy who helped me build it I told him it was a bad omen at this point and that I was thinking of calling Chrysler. He said they wouldn't do anything about it, and basically I feel like I got the brush off. He also told me that the parts dept said the parts are not available yet, so i called other dealerships... Well holy crap the parts are in stock and can be gotten. They just didn't want to make it right. This made me really mad, I basically paid 60k for a vehicle and it didn't come the way I wanted it and with what I selected. So I called Chrysler today, and it turns out he is right. They wont do anything. So with this bible of a story if you want to get the vehicle you selected avoid this place

Bad customer service
One of the worst dodge dealer here is clovis,ca Salesman work here they r not professional,guy walk up to me like wassup bro ( lot xxxxxx ). It’s hard to negotiate with them. They will rip u off while making a deal. Guy was charging me crazy 72k plus tax for rubicon. Who pays 80k for wrangler. U can buy 61k the most out the door n can add lift kit and wheels for 5 to 7k. Still it was 12k over. Be aware of that dealership.

Was treated with Respect
I am 6 months away from making a purchase and I figured I would kill time to look at cars and didn’t expect any sales person to let me drive one since I’m far away to purchase . Jorge Garcia was my sales person . Guy was sharpe and on point . He knew more about the Truck then the 2 people combined that helped me at Chevy . Almost was tempted to look at numbers but I would have to run Credit . Before I was getting in my car he asked me to see the service dept and showed me the inside where to go if I was to purchase a car from them . This review is about finally there still is customer service these days

Nice recovery after a huge fumble!!!
Buying a car is the worse experience ever. It is always the same back and forth haggle game, sit and wait game and then the decipher manual that is needed between what the salesman is saying and the research you have done to determine where the truth lies. This shopping experience did not start very well, in fact a finally just got up and left after sitting in the "box" for 2 1/2 hours going absolutely no where. I did my homework, i was Pre-approved, all i needed was a purchase contract from the dealer to be sent to my credit union. And the games these guys played, and the fees they wanted to charge, and back and forth ugh the typical sales games that are played. I finally left........................ Did some more research and found out who was in charge and I called Brian Finegan the next morning. I explained what happened and within 30 minutes my Credit Union had the paperwork, and I was down there that night picking up my new truck. No haggle, no games, no misleading information from what the previous sale guy told me. Some of the stuff still doesn't sit well with me but once Brian was involved it was a whole different experience. I would also like to thank our finance guy i think Tom, or Tim xxxx I'm sorry I forgot but he was a very nice man. From the fumble to the recovery with Brian I will continue to do years of business with the dealership through the service department. I highly recommend that if you are in need of a vehicle reach out to Brian first and let him assign you a salesperson. Don't just walk on the lot and hope the sales guy is going to have your best interest.

We purchased a vehicle and had unforeseen issues arrise with it. CDJR stepped up, although the vehicle was sold as is managed to work to get the issue resolved under the powertrain warranty. They are courteous and professional and they go the extra mile to help you.
