This is my second Dodge from Clovis.

This is my second Dodge from Clovis. I worked with Curt and Nat. I got a beautiful 2022 Ram loaded for a great price. Curt and Nat are wonderful to work with.

Fraud

Very dishonest! My husband and I our elder couple, we bought one Jeep there, sale man Keller was very nice made us his best friend! so we went back bought truck!! that's when all dishonesty came in!!! my husband credit score wasn't that high so the interest was going to be very high an outrageous payment we told Keller that we weren't able to do this it was too much for us especially in our age he told us to come back in 6 months and we can refinance at the car lot, I told him no this was not a good idea he promised me I try to get out the door Keller said again I promise I will help u guys refinance!! I am a women of some ones word. my husband's credit score would go up in 6 months, after 6 payments were paid we went back five times and he kept giving us an excuse why we couldn't refinance he had text me couple times and told me he was working on it even said the loan guy was on it, To be patient this was all a lie I finally called the loan guy at the car lot he told me he didn't know what I was talking about that they do not refinance, keller made us believe that we could refinance. to me this is adult abuse now we are stuck with the high payment and high interest so I say people beware stay away

Ladies Beware of the Service Department

LADIES BEWARE! I purchased a Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4 at this Dealership in 2016. I felt being a locally owned small dealership, it would be a great place to do business with. I was wrong. For the past 6 years, I exclusively used their Dealership Service Department to service and have routine maintenance on my Jeep. There are a couple of issues that are chronic to this Jeep model and I ensured they were taken care of. At around 80,000 miles the Jeep started smelling of burning oil. I asked the Service Department to look into it. The Service department stated they had most likely spilled some oil on the engine during the oil change and there was nothing to worry about. I continued to drive the vehicle, no warning lights appeared but the burning oil smell continued.I brought it up at the next oil change and got the same explaination. As I neared the 100,000 mile warranty expiration, I continued to raise my concern over it and another chonic issue with the Start Stop feature, which they kept saying was a fuse and stated they replaced, Twice! It did not fix the problem. When the vehicle was at 102,000 miles and out of warranty, I took the Jeep in for it's routine oil change and brought up the burning oil and start stop issues again. This time, they scheduled a service repair and took the Jeep. They came back stating the oil leak needed to be fixed, the start stop issue needed to be fixed and the brake pads needed changing as well as the brake drums. I refused the brake drum option because I knew they did not need resurfacing and this is a scam Service Departments pull on naive customers frequently. Since the vehicle was now out of warranty nothing was covered and I was charged 2,400 plus dollars for the repairs plus the cost of the routine oil change and $45.00/ Day and fuel costs for renting a replacement vehicle from the dealership for the week it took to repair my only transportation. If they had listened and done what I asked prior to the vehicle warranty expiration, I would not have had such an expensive repair bill. Unfortunately, this is not the End of the Sham of a Service Department at Clovis Dodge, Jeep Chrysler Dealership. The very day I drove my 2016 Jeep home, I detected burning oil again. Two days later the warning light returned on for the Start Stop feature. After paying all this money to the Service Department, I find they did not fix the issues I had just paid for! In calling the dealership, I found out one of the owners of the Dealership is a woman. I would have thought a woman would be more aware of the treatment her Service Department gives her female customers. I have another Service date tomorrow, November 16, 2022 to reservice the issues they have already been paid for...stay tuned....

well i have been buying cars and using this service

well i have been buying cars and using this service department for many years and i can say it's about as good as it gets! You can always get more than just a fair deal on a vehicle purchase When it comes to service they do a really good job and if something goes a muck they are great at fixing it! i think between me and my friends we have bought a dozen or more cars and all have been happy! Brian is the general manager and the son of the owner! If you have a legitimate problem i promise you he will fix it and make it happen!!

I bought my van on 2014, it was the first new vehicle I had ever purchased. I have received excellent service since that date. Thank you.

Sucks I hated this place stuff is still not fixed

They kept my car a week with no rental I hate my experience if your going to take a car in make it so they can still go to work
