My service provider was Robby.

My service provider was Robby. I made the app on Tue for Thur. I got in and out in about 45 min. It was routine oil change but still I was in and out very quickly.

I would like to leave here my experience at {Southside

I would like to leave here my experience at {Southside kia} where my experience ended up being negative. I decide to opt for financing at this dealership since an acquaintance makes me a certain recommendation of the KIA Brand, where said recommendation of the brand for me is still excellent, but at the time of the contract at this dealership {Southside kia} was what led me to give up my vehicle, I tell you as briefly as possible. After doing the test drive, getting the numbers, doing the procedure of any other dealership at the time of financing, signing and so on; a week goes by where they tell me that I had another financing option, where it was more feasible for me as a client; until now you will believe that what was my problem, well the first was when I sign the first contract with the agent who was serving me at that time, where certain numbers were previously agreed upon and when I review before signing the first contract, said agent of this place {Southside kia} changed everything in his favor; but at the last minute he decided to give up since he was going to lose the sale. Then as I mentioned before, in the second one they call me to offer me a good negotiation, where I clearly agreed because it was more than excellent; everything until that day when I signed this second contract was more than good; but... Two more weeks go by where they call me again, for a new denial; ''where I thought it was going to be better than the second and as you must think it was not; I spoke with this agent who contacts me {Southside kia} and I tell him that I feel good and satisfied with the last offer they gave me, this agent who locates me for this third contract, forces me to sign this third contract, several weeks have passed since the second; where clearly I do not agree to it. This agent tells me that I had two options [sign or return the vehicle] I clearly already more than upset and disappointed with this place [{Southside kia} I return said car. In order not to prolong this bitter experience any further, because there are still things that I have not detailed in this comment, just my opinion is that if you opt for a KIA brand vehicle, this place {Southside Kia} is not the most recommended.

I brought my car in due to an engine problem and Belle

I brought my car in due to an engine problem and Belle was an excellent service advisor. She got a new engine from Kia under a recall quickly and provided a rental car for a couple days until the engine was delivered and installed. She communicated via text to give updates. Car seems to be running great now, I will definitely be returning for future service.

My first service appointment with Southside Kia was over

My first service appointment with Southside Kia was over 2 months ago, I went in for a routine oil change with no damage to my vehicle only to leave with one of my window trim pieces completely off my vehicle and damaged. Per the advisor, it was stated that they’d replace it. Again, it has been over two months and I have still not gotten the repair completed, even after multiple calls for an update. Still, nothing has been done. I went in recently for a flat tire and was told that a nail was found and the tire could not be plugged. I was quoted almost $350 for a tire, for which I did end up purchasing. Later I received my delayed inspection video through text and was told and shown in the video how my tire was able to be plugged. These are my only two experiences at Southside and it is disheartening how they’ve gone. Hopefully I can get my issues resolved sooner rather than later.
