Their mission Statement needs to be revised, regarding their products and inspections. I bought a car from Johnny's motors in Fontana. The car could not have been inspected properly. The day after I bought a mis represented car, the plastic shield came off, was not secure. 7 to 10 days later I began to smell gas inside the car. Which turned out to be a number of things that were failing or past due to be serviced costing me $600 bucks 2 days after a $'600 dollar repair the transmission began acting up. I believe I need to take these people to court

These guys never answer the phone, I have been looking for a particular vehicle and they had it. Decided just to go in and they were super unprofessional and just not very helpful at all. Treated us like we were idiots for asking for information on the vehicle before buying it. Would have been a cash sale too, but took our business 3 hours away and are happy with that decision. Unfortunate that these kind dealerships exist

🚨 Beware of Unethical Business Practices!

🚨 Beware of Unethical Business Practices! 🚨 If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership took advantage of my elderly father by engaging in deceptive pricing and unfair financial practices. They advertised a vehicle for $19,999, but after my father made a $13,000 deposit, they inflated the price to $22,999—a clear case of elder financial abuse and false advertising. Under California Welfare & Institutions Code § 15610.30, financially exploiting a senior is illegal and considered elder financial abuse. Additionally, their bait-and-switch tactics violate the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) (Civil Code § 1750 et seq.) and California’s False Advertising Law (Business & Professions Code § 17500). We are pursuing legal action against this business and will report them to: ✅ California Department of Consumer Affairs ✅ California Attorney General’s Elder Fraud Unit ✅ Better Business Bureau (BBB) ✅ Federal Trade Commission (FTC) If you value honesty and integrity, avoid this dealership at all costs! We urge anyone who has had a similar experience to file complaints and consider legal action—these predatory practices must be stopped.

Don't waste your time.

Don't waste your time. I called and asked about a car and was put on hold for 25 minutes Called back and he said busy with a customer and would call back in an hour. I told him what car I was interested in. They never called back. I called and they said the car sold an hour ago.... Waste of my time.

Emailed the dealership, no reply.

Emailed the dealership, no reply. Called the dealership, no return call. Not worth the hassle. Go where they treat their customers like they care about them. This place is a typical used car clown college.
