They tried to pull a bait and switch by adding $1000 to the purchase price because I used your lender and not the one from their business website. That is a 12.5% Increase. They get a kickback from their lender. I got up a left. Very Disappointed!!!

Jacob took care of us!

Jacob took care of us! The deal was quick and fast with no hassles or xx. No xx dealer fees. I’ll shop here again if possible. Great experience.

They lied about a vehicle’s mechanical issues after we

They lied about a vehicle’s mechanical issues after we had been in communication with the company for well over a week. We test drove the vehicle on the main roads without anyone from the dealership riding with us during the test drive. Once we returned to the dealership we asked more mechanical questions and concerns and was informed that everything was on the up and up. I informed the sales lady that this was my child’s first car and we was looking for something safe for her and her 3yr old son. We was informed since we was short some of the tax and dealership fees we would have to sign a contract to pay off the remaining $400. Never once were we informed about adding additional warranty offers and once I stepped away from my child to see if we could obtain insurance for the car the sales lady proceeded to give my child a wave of warranty paper to sign without telling her or me about the additional cost or option. She made my child think it was just a formality paper she had to sign! Then once we left the dealership just a few hours later the check engine light comes on. We contacted the dealership the next day only for them to have us take the vehicle down to autozone to get the engine checked then they asked us to contact them back and give them the report information. Autozone report states that the issue is the Camshaft Timinig Gear! How that is an issue when the vehicle supposedly passed the smog check on February 9th 2024 and we purchased the vehicle just a little over a month later for their to be an engine issue! After we wasted our time contacting the dealership back they had the nerve to take my number down and claimed the head supervisor would contact us back and it’s been well over 2 weeks and they never did. So I contacted them back only for the sales lady who sold us the car to tell me that the owner or person who makes decisions claimed they couldn’t do anything about the issue cause the vehicle was sold as is! Now I know an as is car but every knows any issue that may arise shouldn’t happen the same day or even same week you purchase the car! All we wanted was my child to be refunded the money back for the cost of fixing the issue or we wanted the dealership to fix it at their expense. Yet we haven’t had anything done and now we have filed a complaint with the department of Consumer Affairs and per their request we once again reached back out to the company to see if they would fix the issue . As of now we’ve heard nothing back from them so now we have filed a complaint with the DEPARTMENT of Motor Vehicles in hopes they can help us get to the bottom of this issue! This place and the people who work here are liars! They don’t fully check the vehicles they are selling and according to the Department of Consumer Affairs they don’t even have an on lot mechanic that can fix anything yet they claim they do! Never trust this place they have horrible reviews and we should have checked them instead of just trusting the car fax!

Was going to check out a car that in their description

Was going to check out a car that in their description said had no accidents one owner turns out was in”Severe” accident and purchased at auction! Don’t assume description is truthful!

The good news?

The good news? I found my car. The bad news? It was in Fontana! I live in Mission Viejo, O.C. What's even worse, the ride I arranged to take me back to pick it up, was taken to hospital with covid. Yikes! Well, I struggled to find an alternative ride yet it seems people just don't like Fontana. THANKFULLY, I had MATHEW as my salesman. He was a dream the moment I walked on the lot. MATHEW was very polite, non intrusive and he answered every question I had. I live on disability which isn't a lot but he helped me make a great deal and I was very happy. WHEW! Now, how to get it home. After 4 days, I still hadn't found a ride back to Fontana to pick up my new (Used) outback. MATHEW saved the day. He said he would deliver the Outback to me...And he did. My gratitude is huge. Every moment I was at Johnny's Motors, it was a stress free experience, which is so rare at most dealerships. I'm grateful to the owner for not insisting on 'wolfish' sales people that pester you at every step. MATHEW was fresh air in a hot room. He answered every one of my questions and seemed knowledgeable about all the cars. Yes, despite the distance, I will go back because I trust Johnny's Motors and I certainly am pleased with his team. Thanks to you MATHEW, I'm driving my Outback today.

I bought 2 cars and no issues.

Ok let me set the record straight. I know Johnny personally. I've gotten 2 cars a 2000 VW Golf and a 2002 Ford F150 Lifted and they both were great. I got them about 8 years ago and I barely sold my VW recently. About the cars, dude, they're used. They come with a few details but what you're expressing is that they're lemons and is not true.

These guys are bad business.

Johnny sold me a car and two weeks later it broke down. They sell broken cars to hard working ,honest people. STAY AWAY!!! NO BUENO💩💩💩💩💩

nice dealer

Went to look at 2 advertised vehicles from internet, did not confirm availability 1st. Drove by the store today, one vehicle had been sold but the 2nd was on the lot. Was greeted promptly by Johnny, He pulled the vehicle around for me to look at, No pressure no BS allowed me time to look the vehicle over at my own pace No hard sales pitch, Allowed me time to road test, Answered all my questions. Have not yet bought the vehicle, But based upon the way I was treated today I'd be more than happy to go Back and purchase from this dealer. I don't like being rushed or pressured and he was more than willing to accommodate and give me time and space to look over the vehicle and not Hover over me. Actually a pleasure to go look at a vehicle at this lot. Hopefully we will be able to make a deal.
