Lux Motors

I bought a 2006 Ford Fusion recently and love the car. Alex did not pressure me or try to sell me something different and more expensive like another dealer tried. I would have given the overall rating a 5 also but after having the car for a couple of weeks now It could really use to be detailed, parts of the interior are a little dirty and the outside could use a good waxing.....Alex was the best!!!

I have and will recommend buying through LUX MOTORS to everyone interested in purchasing a used car. The salesmen were very easy to work with and they fed us as much information as possible so we could make an educated decision. It was a pleasure working with Alex especially. Go there and ask for him. You'll be very happy! The car we bought was from a Bank repo, which made me a little nervous, but after seeing it on their lot and test driving we ended up purchasing, we went for it. It was a fantastic decision. We could not be more satisfied customers.

Me and my wife recently purchased 2015 ford f150 from lux motors, the truck was 3k bellow kbb and super clean, jose was helping us, he had a lot of patience and never pressure us , we are very happy with their service and our new truck!!!!

I purchased a Subaru WRX Limited Ultimate, I have been satisfied with the performance and features included so far. The negotiation and sales process went very smoothly . The sales associate , business manager, finance office were all friendly and helpful. Everyone involved in the transaction was courteous and professional and answered any questions I had. I would recommend LUX MOTORS dealership to anyone shopping for a used auto.

4 days after buying our car I had to spend $1100 JUST IN PARTS! My car is now sitting in my drive way NOT DRIVABLE. If my husband didn't know how to work on cars then that total would have be more a lot more! The car had oil and exhaust leaks so bad that is was burning and smoking under the hood. Max personally told me that it was a nice drive from Canada where he bought the car at an auction, so I know the leak didn't mysteriously happen on my way home from the lot. We have tried to contact the dealer but no response. ADVICE! If you?re going to buy from here take it to a mechanic before you agree to ANYTHING!!!

i recently bought a volvo from these wonderful people,everybody there was polite and welcoming. one thing i really loved about them other than their customer service was the fact that they agrreed to replace the rotors and pads on the vehicle at no extra charge to me. also the manager was very nice and put full tank of gas for me, thank you guys, will be back soon for a second car for our daughter
