Lux Motors

I bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma from Alex. I asked if the frame was rusty and he told me it was surface rust. When I got the truck, the rear frame was totally rusted out. I lost $8000 dollars on the deal. I am very disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE! Just bought a 2010 BMW from there, next day started blowing smoke from exhaust and drivetrain error notifications. Took to have looked at and told valve seals are leaking oil and need replaced and recommended new engine. Paid $21k and change after tax and licensing, and had 6 days. Took back to Lux Motors with the service report and they refuse to help with any of the cost. Referred me to "their mechanic" who is independent from them and he "is booked" out 2-3 months, and they said there is nothing they can do. BUYER BEWARE!! I do NOT in any way shape or form recommend this dealership.

I have to admit, when me and my wife considered making a purchase through lux motors, we were a bit skeptical, as we had never bought a car from a dealer before, but we were happy to find out that this experience was way better than purchasing privately! From the very start, the whole purchase process was very simple and fast. We scheduled our test drive for saturday and when we arrived it looked very clean inside and out and exceeded our expectations. . The whole experience was exceptional! Our son saw how easy it was, and he may buy a car from them, too! I highly recommend lux!

WE WERE ON MARKER FOR A USED TOYOTA 4RUNNER, WE LOOKING AT A FEW DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS AND WERE SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH EIHER CARS OR A CUSTOMER SERVICE, LUX MOTORS WERE ABLE TO GIVE US THE LOWEST APR AND CLEANEST CAR WE COULD FIND, SMALL DEALERSHIP BUT FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE , THEY MADE OUR DREAM COME TRUE , THANK YOU GUYS

Nice guys. Jose helped me look at a couple of their vehicles. Even stayed a few later than normal so I could test drive both. Will more than likely be back.

My salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and certainly wanted to help me find a Toyota that met my needs, but I didn't feel pushed. And I learned a lot about various Toyotas! The finance man was also helpful, and when I changed how much insurance I wanted on my leased car, he did not push back, but made a really thoughtful suggestion. This was a good experience and I'm very happy with the car I'm purchased

Came from out of state to purchase a new car. Lux Motors team were amazing, patient, and helped me find the perfect vehicle.
