a nice trip shopping for a car

My friend and I went to this Honda dealer for a test drive because we were not sure either Honda or Toyota which both of them have a good review for reliable cars. Johnny Palafox made a test drive a wonderful experience. He explained every car we drove clearly and in details. And believe it or not, I purchased my new Honda the next day. Ocean Honda was the 1st dealer which I have been visited and decided to buy a car instantly. Thanks Johnny and I am very happy with my new car.

Buy your car here - great folks

I bought my new Honda CRV here. I had a Fantastic experience with Safwat Aoude at Ocean Honda, No run around, No BS, just a straight good deal! Easy to deal with. What a nice experience compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Thanks!! You guys are great!

found my Honda Clarity Hybrid

After searching at other Honda dealers for a Clarity Hybrid, for months...Ocean Honda was so welcoming and had these cars! Troy Walthen was a no-pressure, informative, and very efficient and easy to deal with. Answered all of my questions, and gave me all of the information to make an informed buying experience! The dealership seems like they had a great teamwork, great customer service, and I am extremely please with my purchase from them!

Make sure you ask for “adoude” when your shopping for a car at ocean Honda he has the best costumer service and make it happen. Honda Odyssey is better then I could have imagined

The buying process at Ocean Honda was great; Mike C made the process very relaxing . Great inventory and also very cool perks that you can add on offered via Ocean Honda for service. My wife wasn’t on board with the minivan and now she’ll never go back. The Honda Odyssey isn’t just a minivan.... it’s a luxury car!

Staff was courteous & knowledgeable. Our sales person was Aoude. We encountered some issues in delivery obtaining our car from another dealer. I would suggest the inventory system needs more formalized software so the vehicles cannot be sold to unintended customers. Also the whole administrative process continues to require streamlining. Stop trying to sell optional services & contracts this is a key reason clients avoid the dealership until the last moment. Be more of a partner in the process versus a necessary evil.
