I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Ocean Honda and was very happy with my experience. 15 yrs. ago I wrote off buying a Honda because of a previous dealer experience. I am too busy and knew exactly what I wanted, so I contacted their Internet team first (Mary, Randall and Auode). They were quick to respond and very straightforward. We were able to agree on price before I even looked at the car. Just based on our e-mail interaction I felt comfortable making the 50 mile trek to see the car. I was of course skeptical because it seemed too easy, but was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Troy who was wonderful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I then met with Reza for financing. I don't think he was happy that I didn't want to buy any extras, but he was nice just the same. Sorry Reza ;-) I was out of the door in under 2 hrs. Just in time to avoid the traffic back to LA. I had the pleasure of working with Alec and Troy in finding a new car. My 3yo son and I went over for a test drive and ultimately leased a new Honda Pilot. As you know, there's a lot of waiting when it comes to car shopping and having a toddler could've been a nightmare. Instead, my son had a great time eating the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies (and other snacks including fresh fruit and granola bars), playing with the toys in the play area, and watching Nick Jr. Alec and Troy went above and beyond in my search for a new car. They were extremely helpful, kind, and never pressuring. They wanted to find the right car for my family and didn't push a sale agenda. I'm so happy with my experience and look forward to working with Ocean Honda again.
