Worked with Griffin who was so great to work with.

Worked with Griffin who was so great to work with. But this Review is for the Management team and the GSM. I had spent hours searching online for this specific car, given my deposit info and ordered a lemon squad report (per their request) and was going to pay cash! My Sales guy who I worked with had the day off and his teammates and Management team had a buyer walk in and they SOLD them the car. Unless you are there and are financing this Dealership has NO INTEGRITY. I would not do business with them. Griffin however was a standup guy and very professional throughout the whole process I would recommend working with him if you are buying here.

To clarify, your deposit would not have been charged until after you approved the third-party inspection, and we did offer to refund the inspection fee since you weren’t able to proceed. Balancing in-store buyers with out-of-state interest is never easy, and we truly regret that this impacted your experience.

John Weisbart was my sales person. He provided excellent customer service and was an absolute delight to work with. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the most enjoyable and seamless process!! I cant say enough good about the dealership and its attention to the customer. John was fantastic!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership!

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! Griffin was my primary contact throughout the sales process and I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful assistance he provided me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and upon hearing about the negative experiences people have had at dealerships in general I became nervous about the process but Griffin alleviated my nerves quickly. He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth. Not to mention that due to my initial nervousness I had brought my family along and Griffin also took the time to answer their questions, which I appreciated as I know addressing the comments of multiple people at one time can be a lot to handle. The financing director, Marco, also exhibited the same traits during the purchasing process which I greatly appreciated. All to say, I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Griffin?s and Marco?s assistance!
