Appreciate the Sales person and Encore representative fully! Improvements could be made on Finance, management and service. Finance didn't do deal as should have. Left without deposit on deal as requested. Management almost caused us to walk out from rudeness and arrogance.. And although really liked Enzo, service tech, thought the car would be cleaner after work. John Hager and Vida were wonderful! Thorough on sales and training and so patient with us.

Dean, Tina, Brittany and Vida were all very professional and fun. Dean was very helpful in getting my tires changed out on my trade-in. Tina was very patient and informative with all the paperwork. And Vida and Brittany are awesome geniuses

Nice place with unexperienced staff.
This is my 3rd BMW and the most complicated lease process , my biggest concern was the lease price which changed from $197 to $327, i was quoted 197 dollars at first and when i was closing the deal the next day i was told there was a mistake and the actual monthly payment is 327 dollars!!!! i was going to get few more i3s for my staff but i don't think this dealership would earn that business.

Fast, convenient, simple, and comfortable.
I live up in ski country and need to get my BMW serviced quickly and in a predictable amount of time as I often get it done on my way to airport for a business trip. It is a relaxing place to work while I wait, the people are nice, the coffee is good, and the sevice was done quickly. What else could you ask for!

Great Service from Dean Jones
Shopped all local Denver BMW dealers for a new X1. Dealt with Dean Jones (Sales) ...liked his no nonsence sales approach, very upfront and I was very comfortable in dealing with him. No surprises. No reason to contact any other BMW sales guy in the area other than Dean. Unlike other BMW salespeople I have met, Dean has great pride in selling the vehicle and is very knowledgable in all things BMW. Plus as far as top notch facilities are concerned, nothing beats the beautiful new BMW of Downtown Denver dealership that looks like it came right out of Munich !
