Who else but Honda?

I'm on my 7th or 8th Honda and now that I live in Michigan, I'm glad I found Bloomfield/Page/Penske Honda and my 2nd Fit, like my first came from your store. The service writers take good care of you, do an excellent job of explaining the mechanical issues in simple terms, and make good suggestions as to what service you need now, and what service is coming up within a few thousand miles-that is much appreciated as someone living within a budget. I've never had a do-over with any service from your store and that speaks to the talent, knowledge and dedication of your techs. All of the service writers are great and for the last few years, Rodney Tisdale has taken very good care of me and my cars and I have recommended your store to many others as THEE place to buy your Honda.

I was very impressed

I was very impressed with Shaban Shkembi. He was thorough, helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I will recommend Page Honda to my friends because of my experience.

New Lease

Came in to renew (pull-ahead) a lease and always Honda treated us very well. Honda absorbed our last few payments and some overage on the miles and made us a very fair deal on a new lease in a CR-V. We've been seeing Art Pepp now for over a decade and continue to come back because of his service and Honda's. We hope to continue our business with Honda in the future.

Good Job

I have no complaints regarding my experience Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Page Honda. I am slightly concerned about why the 110,000 mile service which omitted the replacement of the spark plugs still ran nearly $300.00.

Excellent service

Excellent Customer Care

I have some temporary credit issues. Michelle Cafeo, the finance manager, worked with us to get us financing at the best possible rate. Her professionalism and discretion are to be commended! We were able to get a very nice vehicle at a fair price. Our experience was great and I highly recommend this dealership. In 30+ years of buying vehicles, this is the first time I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thanks!!

affordable oil changes

I always have brought my 2010 Insight here for routine oil changes for the past 4 plus years. The prices are affordable and even cheaper than if I did it muself given what this 0W20 oil costs per quart. The waiting lounge is convient and comfortable and most importantly, the service department does NOT hound me with phony extra work that many other dealers would "discover" while performing their duties. Based on the reliability of this car (no repairs outside of maintenance in 5.5 years and 145,000 miles, I will definately be buying another Insight when it is time. It also helps I am getting an average opf over 43 MPG city driving.
