Oil change and tire rotation

Friendly lady who wrote up my service order for my truck. Walked wit me to the waiting room. Came and let me know that they had finished mu service.

Excellent Service!

Excellent Service. Howard is the best technician in this area!!! Steven the Service Advisor does an excellent job!!! Jeff Smith Ford has the best Ford/Lincoln service in Central Georgia!

Great service

Service personnel were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the speedy service when I had the oil changed in my car and also a 30,000 mile checkup at the same time.

Jeff Smith Ford

Family based no pressure, never had the sharks (salesman) come after you. Would recommend to anybody I know. Never had that sinking feeling during the whole process.

SERVICE

Just professional and friendly service. Wanting Customer satisfaction. Didn't realize I would enjoy the FORD ESCAPE as I have. Wish I could win the lottery I would get the FORD EDGE SPORT; to me the ultimate retirement vehicle. But the ESCAPE ain't bad. THANK U JEFF SMITH FORD.

Showroom was very clean and organized.

Salesman was very polite. Salesman showed me many different cars and SUVs. Good area for test driving. Salesman showed me many new electronic features as my old car was 17 years old.

Overall, Great.

The sale man. He was funny; kind and understanding. In couple years, I will look at Jeff Smith Ford again. Agin, sale man was great!

Great service and attention to customer

I always enjoy the straight shooting from Jay, Larry and Bryant. I have bought four vehicles at this location and have not had anything but good service, including efforts to locate and obtain the specific car I desired.
