Sales associate very friendly. Would have preferred to obtain CDs from 2006 Trailblazer but after 1 follow-up from associate, nothing else mentioned. Due to length of time stuck in CD changer, could not identify which ones they were. Unknown if that played a part but should not have. 3 cds should have been pulled and returned

Ferlando was a pleasure to work with and everyone there was very accommodating. The finance process was smooth and efficient. The car had been thoroughly serviced and should perform well for many miles.
