Friendly staff knowledgeable salesman

Purchasing first car in 20 years

Mr. Barrow was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional -- not pushy. Staff returned phone calls quickly and provided good information. Paperwork was completed promptly. Entire experience was positive.

Friendly service

Friendly sales people and managers. Delivery of new cars needs more attention - inspection of new cars for defects and cleaning car for delivery.

Pleasant experience

It was a low pressure environment. The sales associate, Jeff Woodard, was nice to deal with and seemed like an honest guy. Definitely a more pleasant experience than what we've had with other local dealerships hands down.

Don't get an oil change here!

I bought my car here, it is a deisel. Even when I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND TELL THEM TO HAVE THE DEISEL AVAILABLE FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT they are too incompetent to do so. this makes the oil change take twice as long! It has happened to me twice now and I wilL NOT be back to this place. EVER!!!!!!!

YOU WILL REGRET IT

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY LOCATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER, BUT WILL BE QUICK TO CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES ON SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Steve got me everything I wanted and on time. Price was good and the service was great. John did a super job of programing my new explorer and showing me how to work all of it's features. I would recommend Peach County Ford to anyone, who is looking for a new or used car or truck. Looking forward to having my explorer serviced at peach County Ford.
