Purchase of my new 2016 Ram 2500HD
I recently purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500HD. Matt Brown was an excellent Sales rep to work with. He went the extra mile in helping me find the exact truck and Options I was looking for. After the walk through of my new truck, we found a small paint flaw which was fixed with no questions asked. Now that's good customer service! The service tech department was easy to work with and very timely to get the job done quickly and correctly. Thanks Preffered team for the great service.

Great Service
Matt Brown did a great job with the process of getting my new car! He was exellent! I am so happy that I went to Preferred in Grand Haven and that he ended up helping me because getting a new car can be a hassle sometimes and I did not feel overwhelmed ever with Matt's help.

Prompt service and very friendly
I would highly recommend this dealer. I purchased a new vehicle and they were very accomodating. They made the process so quick and easy. Andy was my sales guy and he was super nice and made me a very happy customer. He put me in something I love and never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable unlike a couple other dealerships made me feel.

An awesome place to buy or have a vehicle serviced
We started our relationship buy having our Jeep Liberty serviced here. The work was of the highest quality in a very clean and professional service department. We we needed a larger vehicle, we decided to move up to a used pickup truck. Lo and behold, we found the perfect GMC Sierra pickup truck on their lot. Logan, our sales person carefully and quickly guided us through the process to trade in the Jeep and purchase the truck. He saw to our every need and introduced to everyone who was part of the process. I simply cannot say enough about this dealership.
