I live walking distance to a dealership in my hometown but prefer to drive one hour, one way to Grand Haven because of the way they treat me as their customer. Excellent group of people at Preferred! I brought my 2016 Ram 2500 HD in for an oil change. (6.4, crew cab, long box) Walking around a bit while waiting, was looking at another new truck on the lot. DJ walks up. I said I was just looking and bought a new truck last year. Then I said, I've been thinking about that SRT for about a month now, and when I walked up to her today, she winked at me ;) Ha! Long story short, they made it work in my budget and now I have super fun car! Truck was jealous at first, but promised 2500 HD a new enclosed trailer next spring so we can all go have fun!
