Contacted MS Motors about an Audi we were interested in and Manny was very helpful and friendly. He was able to answer questions I had struggled to get from the dealerships. As he put it I am "very technical" in what I needed to know about the car in order to take the next step. After our discussion I knew we should make the trip from Seattle. Upon arrival the vehicle was much better than originally anticipated. Manny was very patient while I inspected and drove the vehicle and I never felt pressured. We ended up purchasing the Audi and felt that MS Motors went well above and beyond our expectations. MS Motors has high standards with their vehicles and only sells the best of the best. Knowledgeable, friendly and a high level of customer service and satisfaction!

I bought a used Prius from Mani last week. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I never felt pressured and he clearly knew a lot about his inventory. He even openly encouraged me to go and look again at the competition and that he would be happy to work with me whenever I felt ready. A few days after buying the car the check engine light came on. My husband was very concerned about this so I immediately called Mani. He answered my call and was extremely concerned and courteous. He had the car taken to his repair shop and the matter fixed quickly - with absolutely no charge to me. I know that I signed an "As Is" agreement and that he did not have to do this, but he never made me feel badly at all. Just reassured me that he had not been aware of the small issue, but wanted to do right by me, his customer! I highly recommend MS Motors!

I really liked Manny's (owner) approach to providing exceptional customer service towards his clients. A self motivated and very inspirational guide of exceptional customer service that he provides during a buying process. We have all purchased a car or two from dealerships and know the grind that they can create, but what I experience at MS Motors they treat their customers with exceptional service, integrity and very honest during an up till the completion of your purchase. We recently bought a car from Manny, we are new in the country so we were confused about where to go, and we don't know much about cars other than drive them, Manny advise us , recommend us, let us drive it for a long time. we just found a minor issue and he repaired it with a new part for free the same day and we are very happy with the car. The best place, awesome person and very honest and the process cannot be easier!! He also has amazing cars!!!!! If you need a car, a good and nice car, this is the place for sure!!!!!! Great customer service and overall buying expirience! I contacted a the dealership about a TDi they had but unfortunately it was sold. Manny asked me to give him an opportunity to track another one down for me and he did just that.. Whole buying process took about 3 days as he did have to find the exact car I wanted and make sure it was up to par! His "behind the scenes" guy as Manny calls him (Nate) did an amazing job with the detail. I love my TDi. Thanks Manny!
