It was nice to be able to communicate via text and email, schedule an appointment with the actual person who contacted me back when I wanted to see the vehicle I found on line. The vehicle was prepped and ready, Alexa remembered my name and our discussions. She made it a point to be quick and understood her customer, knowing I drove 2+ hours in a winter storm to make the deal happen that afternoon. Often you go into a dealer and are attacked by several sales people. This dealer was approachable and caused little anxiety. The staff, even though were not directly involved with my sale, made sure I enjoyed my time there... you could also feel the team atmosphere with the joking and laughter in the background. All around a great visit.

Everyone I worked with from start to finish made the usually stressful process easier. Jerome was great working with me over the phone to get the payment to a comfortable range for me before I drove in from out of town. He was laid back and didn't pressure me whatsoever. Would definitely work with him again to buy another vehicle.

I took a recently purchased Jeep in for service and was very pleased with the way Justin Lobdell and team treated me. I was greeted by a professional and courteous service agent (Patrick) who listened to my issues then proceed to go above and beyond to ensure the work that was performed was done with high quality. He also had my Jeep checked for recent software updates something I might have overlooked. Overall, I feel good about my choice to use Findlay Chrysler's service and I'm confident that I'll come back for any future service needs.

While spending about a month looking to purchase a new vehicle I decided to take a trip to Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep . Upon my arrival I was greeted by Alexa who is such a great sales leader . She helped me for literally 5 hours until I was comfortable purchasing my new 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. After deciding on purchasing , Norm was excellent in the finance department and made sure I understood everything and walked me through the whole proceess. Being new to Ohio and the Findlay area , I didn’t know where to go but now after visiting Alexa at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep , I will recommend them to everyone I know !

We came in today to look at a car and Melissa K. ended up being our sales representative. I hate car shopping, but Melissa made the experience a little better. She was polite, fun, considerate, and very helpful. We did not walk away with a car, but I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking great customer service at Findlay Chrysler.
