She was very on top of things and catered to my needs. She went out of her way to help me and even came in on one of her days off. She was very eager to help me with my purchase. I have had issues with a 2016 ram and findlay Chrysler by far was the best when helping us trying to fix the issues. When issues didn’t get resolved they still backed us up and help us obtain a different vehicle. My hat goes off to these guys for the awesome experience. This lot has the best variety of used, quality vehicles on their lot at all times~all makes, and models. I went in looking for a used, low mileage truck, and was not set on any one make in particular, but knew I could compare them all side by side - Ford, GMC, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, and Ram. I ended up driving away with a new 2018 Ram, and I love it. I feel that I got the deal I wanted, and did not have the normal hassle back and forth with the sales rep/finance manager, like you do in most dealerships. Alexa was so easy to deal with. She pulled the vehicles up for me to take it out a spin, didn't hound over me, pressure, ride along, tell where to drive, etc. It was "here are the keys", and that was it. Upon returning, "what did you think?" I felt I could be completely honest with her on my likes and dislikes. If in need for another vehicle, I hope to be able to buy local again. I highly recommend working with Alexa, and buying from Findlay Chrysler.

Rich was not personable at all however the floor staff was absolutely great especially considering I drove 8 hours to see the truck Alexa was super great to work with I would drive 8 hours again if I didn't have to talk to Rich
