I came up to Findlay from the Dayton area. After months of shopping for a truck, 100’s trucks, on line and actually dealerships, I called for an appointment with Ryan Lunn. I explained my search and what I wanted. The price of the truck was the best I had found and wanted to leave with the vehicle. He assured me we would work it out. I rented a car for the trip up and left with the new truck!!! My patients and research paid off. I would make the 1 1/2 hour drive again. Thanks Ryan!! He was kind enough to make sure the rental was returned.

Terrible experience better off going some where that will give you good customer service. Had an appointment at 4, but made me wait and see if the 4:30 guy was going to buy the truck. Sat for over an hour while they catered to the appointment after mine. They have no consideration for customers.
