Terrible experience better off going some where that will give you good customer service. Had an appointment at 4, but made me wait and see if the 4:30 guy was going to buy the truck. Sat for over an hour while they catered to the appointment after mine. They have no consideration for customers.

Brittany Jackson was great, very friendly and pleasant. Bought a 2017 Ram and have been happy with it so far. The vehicle increased in price from the day before by a few hundred dollars. They were willing to accept the previous day's price but would not negotiate any lower. Unfortunately, that is the new standard in the used vehicle market. The dealership was very clean and the distancing/Covid measures where more than adequate. Country roads nearby with very little traffic are great for test driving a vehicle you are not used to driving. The reason for the 4/5 stars is due to the financing process. I understand the value of making the paperwork and finance process as quick and "painless" as possible, but at times it felt rushed. I was expected to read and sign documents via tablet while the guy I was working with held the tablet. Most documents are straight forward and often repetitive, but when it came to the bumper to bumper warranty I had questions and concerns. I was told that if I didn't get the warranty, it would affect my loan qualification and that I would no longer qualify for the loan with any of their lenders, including the one that had already approved the loan. When reviewing the loan information and additional products (warranty) paperwork later provided by the lender, it says " The purchase of additional products is optional and is not required to receive approval for your loan". So if you do not want the warranty, do not let them pressure you into it.
