I couldn’t have had a better experience with rick duffman at findlay cdjr. Got me started with a GREAT starter car. Only took about an hour and a half to get everything finished so he’s quick on time. The sales manager, Brad Overly did everything he could to get me in the vehicle that was within my budget. I couldn’t be happier!

Horrible dealership. Sales person Jerome was fine but from that point on horrible experience. Had issues with a conversion from one system to a new system and did not get any papers after purchase. Was told they would email and EVERY TIME they emailed me only one page of the transaction; our promises to provide insurance. Then did not receive papers to register the vehicle before the temporary plates expired and had to wait over 2 hours so I could rush to the BMV and get it registered! And more but to much information. Horrible experience.

Amber done everything she could to help us in all aspects of buying this car. Rich was also good at going over finance info and cut to the chase. Both were very appreciated. Pat in service dept was The Reason we gave Findlay Chrysler a try!!

We set up an appointment to meet with Keith to look at a couple of used trucks they had on cars.com. Keith had the trucks ready for us when we arrived. He was very professional through the entire process and we didn't feel pressured at all. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and professional.
