They definitely have the best prices around and the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and don't push you to just buy something. I've been looking for 2 years for the perfect vehicle and have been working with Brittany for about 10 months. She never gave up and through phone conversations and e-mails reminded me that I was not forgotten that entire time. She has such a pleasant personality and makes you feel so comfortable with the entire process. She helped reduce all anxiety about the process and assured me that had the one I purchased not been the one for me, she would have kept looking until she found it. What a memorable experience.

Their prices were the best in the nation. We drove about 4 hours each way to purchase my fiance’s vehicle. After several weeks of searching we could not find another car within several thousand dollars of their prices. We fully thought they would low ball us on the trade to make it up... wrong! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Very polite no pressure. Just showed the vehicle and allowed us to make our decision. More car dealers should take a page from their book. Also the finance guy was very polite and didn’t try to pressure us into all the extended warranties and tire warranties. He provided us the information of what was available and was respectful of our decision to decline the extended warranties. I would definitely do business here again. Bought my 2014 Ram 1500 about a month ago. After the first weekend of having it was having issues with the Air suspension. The main question about the truck i had for Ryan was the Air Suspension. I continue to still have issues with it and all Ryan would help me do is get an appointment to get it serviced that i would have to pay for even after he and his sales manager assured me they have not heard of any issues with it. Now i am taking it to my dealer to get it fixed since it has zero suspension in it now. So until i can get it fixed i have a 30K paper weight that cannot be driven because it has no suspension. Haven't even made my first payment on it and now i get to spend who knows how many thousands to get it fixed. So thank you Findlay Chrysler for saying whatever you needed to sell your vehicles. This will be the last one i ever buy from you.

Our salesman Jerome was very down to earth kind of guy who took the time to want to get to know us. He wasn't one of those pushy sales guy. The whole experience went smooth. No complaints on our end. If you need a salesman Jerome is the man.
