Had a 10 am appointment, instead they tried to sell me a new car on a trade in I finally figured out afterwards that they did not start working on my car until after the saleswoman failed to sell me a car.I guess desperate times call for desperate measures, 6 hours of waiting, do better!

The service manager at Jim Click Jeep is complete garbage. If you don't give him the review he wants, he will text your personal phone to talk crap and then not allow you to have future service. I contacted the manager and he didn't care enough to respond. Looks like the quality of people that Jim Click is hiring are making his name look badly. This veteran highly recommends going to any other jeep dealership then Jim Click Jeep in the Tucson auto mall.
