Great people to deal with

Wow, they went above and beyond. Service is great and the price was as stated. They even bough us lunch while we waited for all to be finished.

Wonderful Experience

I had great experience all around. All of the employees were helpful and very polite. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a used car!

Great Experience best of 5 dealers

After 5 dealerships I 100% recommend these guys/girls! Non hassle experience. Car was in excellent condition as they have a shop there for reconditioning and they did not have any outstanding fees. They were hands down much easier to deal with than any of the previous dealerships. Everybody was very welcoming! If they have the car you like definitely give them a shot!

STOLE MY IDENTITY

I was victimized. They sold me a bad car and then stole my identity. This car after finance was paid with cash and debit. Katie in the office made up a check on the computer copied and pasted my signature from all the forms I signed. She got my account number from the Bank Statements we submitted. Then she hand wrote the check out to PENN DOT for $2,178.96. I don't use checks. So the check got snagged by Penn Dots bank as fraudulent. These people are dangerous, they are the worse kind of thief.

They will allow you to drive out of state for a vehicle that is no longer available. No respect for you or your time, so take your business elsewhere. Jay is a xxxxxxx.

Needed a 2nd Car

Where do I start? I needed a 2nd car and already had 1 open loan. Enters Avi, my sales consultant. He was upfront, very professional and confident in his skill. He told me what he could do and he delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'll be seeing him again. The buying process was not that bad, like any business the bank wants to make sure they are entering and making a good deal. Eric (I believe he is the manager), gave me a number and achieved that. That number was 2 hours max, he would have a deal for me. My buying process lasted almost 4 hours, included in that time was moving the vehicle, providing a full tank of gas, cleaning the vehicle and CHECK THIS OUT, making a quick video inside and outside. All this in 4 hours. No experience or information for the quality of repairs, I hope I do not gather any as well. The car runs great for the first two days. Nice clean and comfortable facility, all the staff was pleasant, entertaining and friendly. Avi, assured me throughout the process, I would be driving home w/ a 2nd vehicle and that I have now. I won't recommend him for president just yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say, " he might be the salesman of the year" (and we're half way through January 2021). Did I mention, I also received a 32" flat screen TV w/ my purchase? YEEEESSSSSS, Thanks again Eric. Overall GREAT experience, I recommend Highline Automotive.

Do not stick by their word

Avi is a great salesman but Eric and the owner don’t stick by their word. I did not have a good experience with Highline Automotive. They falsely advertise the price of their vehicles as 2000 dollars less (they assume a “$2000” deposit in small print of their listings. I purchase 2016 Volvo XC90 everything went well but after two weeks the check engine light came on I called and let them know it was on. Avi told me don’t worry about it come in we will fix it. The next week I got sick with Covid was in the hospital. I text Avi and let he said don’t worry about it when you get better just come in. So I came in to get my tires put on which they did and get the check engine light looked at after about four hours the mechanic came back that he couldn’t fix it go to the dealer I talk to Dan and Avi I purchased a warranty so they said go to the dealer final was wrong with it so I went that next Friday the dealer said it was a oxygen sensor I called Avi and told him the warranty covered it but it’s $100 deductible Avi and Dan said it shouldn’t be a problem. Cleaning out the car I found a previous car diagnostics dated August 21 2020 with the same problem obviously they reset the check engine light so the problem was always there and he won’t cover it. I get the car fix went to Highland talked to Eric he said he’s not reimburse me. I do not buy a car from these guys they are shady.

Nissan altima

Avie, was very good! He made my wait very pleasing, and understanding!! Great Guy!! Roman made everything understanding for me as well! It was a great experience!
