I HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT HIGHLINE IN NE PH

I HAVE THE WORST CREDIT ! I APPLIED ONLINE EXPECTED NEVER TO BE CALLED BACK....OR A CALL BACK SAYING NO WAY! I WAS CALLED BACK BY JOE. IT WAS LIKE WE KNOWN EACH OTHER FOR YEARS. (REALLY) HE TOLD ME WHAT TO BRING IN..I ASKED IM APPROVED. HE SAID YES.. NOW IM DRIVING A CAR I PICKED ..THANKS TO THE TEAM THERE THEY MADE IT HAPPEN

Good Service, Love my Honda

Like all of you reading these reviews I always am turned away when I read a few negative ones. I drove over two hours and was shocked at the small size of the dealer and the rear bumper had some marks on it I was unaware of but hey no big deal it is a used car. There was almost no gas in it but I immediately told Andrew and he immediately put gas in it and before I left he filled it for me. Sure its intimidating because its a small place and its a handful of guys, but honestly I got one of the best deals I have ever gotten. I have owned over 20 vehicles and as different as this experience was it was a good one. He even followed up later to see how everything was. Car was everything I wanted and more. Worst experience at a dealer!

This place is shady right from the start of the facility itself and the location. I wish I had read these reviews before attempting to buy here. The sales guy Andrew was not good at returning calls or texts to me I always had to reach out to them. At any rate I live 5 hours away and they knew it, I put a deposit down on a vehicle everything seemed good over the phone was told it would be gone through and cleaned and ready for delivery in a week and a half (this is when I could make it down). When I get there the vehicle is far from ready! This thing was not washed and was not gone through mechanically! Andrew was pushy and kept asking if I was ready to test drive the vehicle. I then found out why. This thing was junk complete junk. The fender had damage where it was hit and poorly repaired, every panel was scratched bumpers had cracks in them, tires were bald and dry rot, spray paint on the dash board, low on oil. After I found all this I said I'll take the test drive being optimistic... The thing shook like crazy! I come back express my concern and I'm told it needs a wheel balance. Shouldn't have this been done in the week and a half u had before I came down if you knew? What about my bald tires? Dry rot? These things wouldn't pass inspection but I guess that was no matter as there wasn't even a sticker on the window. I passed on the deal and they are fighting me on the deposit do not buy here

I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your experience. However I'm not certain as to why exactly. Any one of my customers would describe my follow-up as prompt, appropriate, and helpful. I promptly communicated to both you and your co purchaser via voice as well as text. We are indeed located in an industrial park. A working class, primarily automotive lot that is well suited for our amount of inventory. I happily allowed you plenty of time to review the car and inspect the exterior prior to the test drive. In fact I spent at least 15 minutes inside with your co purchaser ensuring that all the proper paperwork was provided. During which time you were given free roam over the vehicle to inspect to your satisfaction. After which I proceeded to answer any and all questions you had pertaining to the CarFax report (which was provided without request.) We are not pushy salesmen. We are upfront, transparent, and realistic. I'm sorry that I could not meet your extremely low offer price but we DO need to break at least even when selling any vehicle. As to your no refund deposit you were offered half of that amount to be returned. A generous offer considering we turned several potential buyers away based on the assumption that you were a serious buyer.

Great experience, no troubles!

Trust me when I say I'm all about reviews. I researched cars for a while before I decided to settle on one with Highline. Bottom line they gave me the best price for the car I got, bigger dealerships couldn't touch the price. I went in Friday 8/8 with my fiance and he looked the car over we test drove it all was good with the exception of the car needed brakes, PA inspection, and an oil change. We discussed it they had it done and ready for me the next morning 8/9. The car a 2010 Maxima fully loaded was under priced. Keep in mind these are used cars not brand new so there will be things that need to be done and that's when you speak up. A closed mouth will not get fed! I needed a battery a few days later and boom battery was waiting for me today 8/15 it's in and my baby is purring.

STAY AWAY... JUNK CARS

Called about a car, informed them that i live 2.5 hours drive away. They explained that the car could be driven home that day. I drove there paid tolls on the turnpike get there and was not pleased with the the looks of the place but I gave them a chance. car looked nice to the eye. bald tires but they said they would replace them. no inspection they said they would inspect it.. remember they said i could drive it home that day. then i test drove it. No gas car gave me a message it shook that much during idle and i get out and the thing was leaking tranny fluid horribly. get back told them about it they got mad. I threw the keys at them and drove back home 2.5 hours. waste of a day. I hope this review helps other people not waste there day. Please stay away.. Please.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. Our lot is located in a very large industrial auto park and we are a small staff, however any customer that calls us will find helpful directions in locating our dealership. The Huntington valley area is full of many reputable auto shops and often when a vehicle requires inspection we will perform it on the same day of showing. We do service our vehicles to ensure that we can provide our guests with quality cars and trucks. We do hope for our customers understanding of a used car purchase; minor wear and tear tends to exist on a 100,000 plus mile vehicle. However we are happy to correct any issues that do require attention and make our customers 100 percent satisfied with their purchase.

Warrenty is a gimmick....

I bought a used Audi from them and the buying process wasn?t bad, if you work with Roman you are in good hands. George on the other hand is a little slower with his English and because of that seems like he doesn?t know what he?s doing but he does. I love the car but 48 hours after buying it, it had a check engine light. I found out what the problem was and wanted them to replace it, under warranty. Five weeks go by with me calling them and asking for a time to bring it in. The problem is they don?t have a shop or do work on their cars, a garage nearby works on them as a favor and only when they don?t have regular work. I don?t have any other means of travel and could not leave my car there for a whole weekend/week for them to look at it on their time. I feel like if I would have gotten it to them they would have paid for it but I couldn?t afford being without the car. The problem is small and still not fixed; at this point I may just do the work myself. If you are willing to bend to their time then the warranty may work for you, or if you can fix cars yourself then you can get a good deal from these guys.

SHADY........SHADY..........SHADY!!!!

This dealership is the pits, you have to request to see specific cars because they are kept in a garage in the back of a small industrial park. The signage to find the place is non existent. I had to keep calling the salesmans phone to come to the so called lot because he was the only person attending the place. The ad said 2005 Saab Aero in perfect condition but the cv joints were clicking (bad axle); the odometer was a few thousand miles higher and the interior was raggedy. I didnt get a good vibe at all.

Not sure if they want to sell a car

I drove over an hour to look at an '04 Civic, called first to make sure it was there, and it was. Headed down, the car was sitting outside. I took the car for a test drive, saw there were no inspection or emissions stickers in the windows, the check engine light was on, the temperature gauge didn't work which may or may not have been the reason for the check engine light, and lastly the cd player was locked out due to the previous owner setting a password on it which the dealer didn't have. I said that I wasn't going to buy the car until these problems were addressed and fixed, I was then told that I would hear back either Tuesday or Wednesday...it's Saturday and nothing. I guess they just don't need to sell cars that bad.

Outstanding service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is the 2rd car I bought from Highline Automotive inc. Price, selection and service is excellent. My salesman, Roman, showed me what I wanted, was able to discuss intelligently the benefits of each model according to my needs, and got me the best possible deal. I never felt pressured or hustled.The Staff were incredible; before I went to look at a new car I discussed my needs with him as well as reliability and repairs for each car I was considering. He has never steered me wrong. I will continue buying new cars at Highline Automotive and recommend them highly.
