Great service and efficient, friendly team

Efficient and friendly staff. Low key sales approach. Great price, quality car. Very pleased with entire process.

Vehicle purchase Tom's West

I purchased a vehicle from Tom's West last October. I was very specific on what I wanted and that vehicle be in good shape. This wasn't my first vehicle and I understand we take a risk when purchasing a used vehicle and every problem isn't obvious. The vehicle had so many problems it made my head spin, it had obviously not been inspected. It had been cleaned up pretty well. The company they send repairs to are pretty good, but crazy slow and the vehicle was off the road for a month total. This cost me and Tom's thousands and so much stress, it was nuts. They did pick up most of the bill, but forced me to split some transmission work. There are ongoing issues, but it's back on the road. John was the best person I dealt with over there. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious buying from Tom's. GET A PRE SALE CHECK UP FROM THIRD PARTY, NOT JUST SAFETY INSPECTION!!! Good luck...

Great buying experience!

Went on a whim to look at a certain vehicle and didn't know what to expect. We were greeted warmly by the staff and they were very helpful right away. After our test drive, they asked how they could earn our business, and we told them exactly what we wanted as far as price and trade in. They didn't even flinch. Said not a problem and we shook hands. No hassles, no problems whatsoever. This was the absolute easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Thank you so much to Joe, Doug, and Todd. Joe is a fantastic salesman and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Jacob was great! Scored a deal on a used Venza

Worked with Jacob, had found the car thru Cars.com and ended up trading 2 vehicles in. I felt we got a very fair trade values and no hassles. We even chose to let them try their financing and got us a 2.75% rate good for 4 or 5 years! Facilities are not what you'll find in a fancy dealership (helps keeps their overhead and prices low), but were clean.

Awful Experience

This experience was just awful. First of all we were greeted with a employee that claims he is not there all the time and strictly part-time so he didn't have much power to negotiate or so he told us. We went there to see a specific car and he had to jump the thing before we could even drive it... then found out it would need gas before we could drive it as well. There was a very obvious tear in the driver's seat in the fabric that had been re-sewn, and there was obviously a bad, bad, paint job on the rear flaps of the car. This car is still for sale at this dealership and they claimed to have reduced it .. well no one will buy it at the reduced price either .. the car also has two wrecks reported on it. Needless to say we walked out. We will never return to this dealership again and it is a complete waste of time.
