Good experience

Shawn was enthusiastic & great to work with! We spent a lot of time there on a Saturday. Facilities are clean & they are generous with the cookies & popcorn!

Chevy

The car I test drove was very smooth and engine was quiet. Maneuvering was excellent and the dealer was very thorough with every questions I make and answer it correctly. Overall I like to buy a new car again at this dealership.

Satisfied!!!

Nick was awesome helping me! I had my daughter with a few times and he was very helpful making sure she was comfortable and distracted! lol Also he was very patient and let me test drive multiple vehicles very patiently. Found the one that fit and was in my budget and made the process very smooth. Thanks Nick!!!

Not Helpful- rude

Poor customer service. Spent weeks researching cars, and I looked on their website before going in. I knew what I wanted to drive and asked reasonable questions about the vehicle. The salesman was a jerk and treated me like a child. Was not helpful in answering any questions. Flat out asked in a rude tone `So what are your intentions? - Had already shared info about my budget and specifics about the vehicle I was looking for, so I felt that I had provided enough info about my intentions. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Great dealership

Tyrone was our salesman and did an excellent job explaining all of the differences and features and Kristen was very friendly and extremely efficient. We have gotten 2 vehicles from Pischke and will certainly be back

Doubletalk

Asked a simple question, best price on a used vehicle. Several emails later no price, but it took them no time at all to put me on their list of people to spam. Clicked the link to be removed from the spamming list...dead link. They are asking more than original list for a 12 year old conversion vehicle. Manufacturer is producing new version of same for $10k less next year' Second time I have gone there pricing vehicle, several years ago tried to price a Jeep Wrangler, never could get a quote.

they were very good communicators via e-mail. we didn't buy a car from them. we bought a different brand of car. the only reason we wouldn't recommend them is most people wouldn't want to drive this far to buy a car.

On to better things

I did a lot of online shopping for a car. Found one i really liked and went into Pischke to just look. Nick came out in a bit of a snow storm and helped me out. We test drove a dodge dart. I didn't like the outcome of my insurance rates and Nick redirected to other cars I was looking at. He was super and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a saleperson. Honestly don't know if I would go to any other dealer.

Good experience with Pischke and Nick

We recently purchased a new Pacifica from Pischke, salesperson was Nick. Was able to negotiate an excellent price on the vehicle and our trade in via email. Upon our actual visit to the dealership to sign and drive, we found the numbers to be exactly as we had discussed, we were not pressured into any extras like ext. warranty or other packages, and Nick did a good job handling all things smoothly. He was very down to earth and asked about my family and kids, which is not typical of auto salesmen. Would recommend Nick and Pischke.
