I really appreciated all the time that Alex took with us and being patient as we looked around to make sure we found the right car. He was awesome and he took really good care of us all the way through our experience.

Zach was on point! He provided me with images and descriptions of vehicles I was interested in. When I went to the dealership they were cleaned and ready for me to look at and drive. I made my choice and with in a couple of hours of arriving at the dealership, we were driving away in our new R-Line Passat. Zach gave us a very comprehensive demonstration of the vehicle and all of its features as well as an introduction to the service department staff. Everyone at Don Thornton Volkswagen extremely friendly and professional. A top notch organization for sure!

Every employee encountered was friendly and helpful but Alex went above and beyond. Our decision to purchase a vehicle came about suddenly so we began this process with little information. Alex answered questions clearly and promptly providing further information relevant to the topic at hand without overloading us. He showed me what I wanted to see, explained differences as we changed trim or models and not once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy any car, let alone one I wasn't "sold" on. I came back more than once to compare or ask questions and even spoke to him on the phone before deciding to negotiate a sale - Alex treated both me and my husband with friendly patience each and every time. On top of that, he worked with management on our behalf to negotiate a price we were pleased with. I visited multiple other dealerships while deciding which vehicle make to purchase and Alex, by far, provided the best experience helping me to come home with a great, new car.

First time car buyer, they were great. Pretty nervous going in and they did a lot to quell my nerves. Zach was very welcoming and made the experience as fun as possible. Went in with my 1 year old niece, and they were super chill about it. Zach helped me get the car I wanted, was flexible, and I didn't feel like a mark or that I was being taken advantage of. Would definitely recommed.

I was in the market for a new car and was ready for a change. (My old car was a Lexus 350). I have always been a fan of German cars and my son recommended that I check out the Alltrack. I walked in cold and Alex was quick to introduce me to the car. I test drove it, got some literature and thanked him for his time. I drove several other vehicles but decided this VW was for me. I went back to drive the car again and took my husband to show him. Again, Alex was very knowledgeable and competently addressed all of our questions. His enthusiasm and patience when showing me all my new car's options made the walk through a pleasure.

This was a very good experience for me better than I have had before when buying a car they were so helpful and made it a great time and process
