Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz dealership is definitely the best in the game. My salesman Craig Cliff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Great online used car buying experience. Our sales person Elhadj was very professional and detailed oriented. We handled all pricing over the phone and when I went in to pick up the car as an out-of-town buyer, he had the entire process planned out. It was a very efficient and fair process. This was my first car bought at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell but definitely not my last! It was a 2 he drive from my house but I will be back ! The entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly. I worked with Elhadj and he was a man of his word. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. He took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived. He was friendly and didn’t have that “I want to make a sale” pressure kind of vibe. It was different than any car dealership I’ve ever been to!
