I had a wonderful customer experience here at the Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. I was handled with care from the moment I contacted the dealership to the day I went on the test drive. The sales consultants worked as a team. I originally spoke with a different sales consultant who then put me in the capable hands of his teammate. I worked with Elhadj. He was very personable and easy going. He was transparent about the vehicle and their sales process, which I really appreciated. This was my first time buying a car solo, so customer service and honesty was of top priority for me. After the test drive, we sat down and talked honestly about the numbers before my credit was pulled. Ultimately, the numbers aligned with my research so I felt comfortable with moving forward and pursuing the purchase. After about ten minutes I was approved! The next day Elhadj and the team had the vehicle ready to go. The paperwork signing was very straight forward. I walked away beyond satisfied with my purchase and experience.

Made it difficult to shop for a new Benz. I’m no stranger to the brand but I couldn’t have made my request any more clear and I still never got all my questions answered. I had 3 questions. That’s it. I’m disappointed in the lack of urgency to respond to me and the lack of concern regarding losing a customer.

Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz dealership is definitely the best in the game. My salesman Craig Cliff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. It was the best experience buying a car and he made purchasing my G - Wagon so special with a video and a large red bow on top of it too. I am telling everyone looking for a Mercedes to go see Craig. Great online used car buying experience. Our sales person Elhadj was very professional and detailed oriented. We handled all pricing over the phone and when I went in to pick up the car as an out-of-town buyer, he had the entire process planned out. It was a very efficient and fair process. This was my first car bought at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell but definitely not my last! It was a 2 he drive from my house but I will be back ! The entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly. I worked with Elhadj and he was a man of his word. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. He took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived. He was friendly and didn’t have that “I want to make a sale” pressure kind of vibe. It was different than any car dealership I’ve ever been to!
