They took forever to answer my email, and when they did, the car was gone. When I called the guy I talked to was very pleasant to talk to. Didn't try to sell me his mom.

Emailed Huffman's for information
I saw a minivan they had on cars.com and emailed them to get information about it. They replied about a day later and gave me the information I needed. I did find a similar minivan at lower price and decided on the other one. I did not purchase from them or even got a chance to go and see their store, but the email reply was within an acceptable time frame and did give me the info I needed.

Interested in a truck they had
I emailed them about the truck they had that i was interested in. They answered very quickly, within 30 minutes, and gave me all the info i needed to know. I wasnt aware it was salvaged and they include many pictures to show off the product. As well as details on repairs and everything else. Great customer service and help.

I made an inquiry as to reported prior damage and an offer on a vehicle - Ford Taurus. However I received no response from the dealership. I see prior complaints regarding no response as well.

Some of the people there could have been more knowledgeable about the cars and the price is to high for damage cars with salvage title I took my business elsewhere

very fast email responses!
Yes they were fast with getting back to me over the net! I was well informed about each car. Even told me where to go and use his name for financing! Though I didn't buy was still very helpful and definitely would refer them in future!

It was available and then no one told me it sold
I was told it was available, I checked the day before I was going to go, when I emailed, I was told it was sold the day before I verified it online. Why not let the person know that is interested that the car sold.. Customer services ??? Where is it ?
