This is our second purchase from Michael Tsuji and both experiences were great. He listens to what our needs are and is very responsive without being pushy. He gives us the time we need to make a decision but is helpful along the way. Bonus points for being the tech guru he is and getting our audi app and carplay set up for us properly. He is fun and patient to work with and we look forward to continuing our relationship with him.

Michael Tsuji was an absolute pleasure to work with. His patience and professionalism is a credit to this business. He answered all my questions, supplied additional photos, kept me up to date with the trade/purchase of my vehicle. This was all done remotely and I felt very comfortable with the transaction. Michael is a stand up, honest and real individual and does not play games-he is honest and I trust him with our business and have never felt slighted or distrustful of his expertise or guidance. I believe that Michael is the best Audi Sales Expert in the dealership-and absolutely the best out of any other Audi Dealership I have worked through prior to moving over to Audi Flatirons. He is phenomenal and as long as he sticks around at Audi Flatirons we will continue to only work with him on our Audi purchases because we trust him with our business and he genuinely cares about the quality of service he delivers and meeting and exceeding his customer's needs consistently. Also, a shout out to Parker Jacobs, he's my man in service and is fantastic to work with and also does a great job and provides top notch service to us in the service department.

The dealership is very nice and has a cool coffee machine. All of the employees we interacted with were really nice.
