Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

The dealership confirmed the day before that they had the vehicle available to look at. When I arrived, the vehicle was not on their lot. This was a complete waste of time. They half way agreed to get it to me when it was available, but then sold it before they could deliver it to me.

Everything was as expected, top-notch attention to detail and explanations, they really listened all my needs and provide me a honest feedback about the options

As a former employee of ALM, I would strongly suggest looking for a pre-owned vehicle elsewhere. Over the years, I have observed them going through multiple cans of paint on a daily basis to cover up rust on the undercarriage from vehicles purchased up north. They also go out of their way to purchase damaged vehicles with clean carfaxes so they can get it fixed from a subpar bodyshop. As well as purchasing vehicles with structural damage to the vehicles frame so they can send it to their union city location to fix. They're the cheapest in Atlanta for a reason....You get what you pay for.
