Thomas Belveridge, was my salesperson, I commend Thomas for dealing with a picky type of person, (myself). I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus LS460, I will admit the deal process was kinda shaky, but after all said and done, the deal was agreeable. I would recommend people to see Thomas and Matt for their next Luxury vehicle. My vehicle was in great shape.

I live 8 hours from Atlanta. I contacted ALM with serious interest in a vehicle and asked a number of questions. In discussing the condition of the vehicle, I asked if there were any issues and was told by "GG" there was a small dent in the front bumper. I asked if the vehicle was "clean as a pin" and he replied "Yes, clean as a pin." I drove 8 hours to view the vehicle, with full intention of making the purchase. Upon arrival I found the vehicle to be as described on the exterior. I opened the doors and found the interior of this cargo van to be badly scraped, and dented. The cross beams that support the roof were skinned of paint, a fiber panel covering one rear door was half-way torn off and missing. This vehicle was far from "clean as a pin" as I had been told. I drove 8 hours, looked at the vehicle for 5 minutes and we turned around and drove 8 more hours. ALM posted 24 pictures of this van. 1 Picture was of the interior of the cargo area, taken from a distance so as to conceal the damaged interior. How I wished "GG" had been honest with me and told me the interior was badly damaged. In short, the condition of this vehicle was grossly misrepresented and I had to drive 16 hours to find it out.

From the time I arrived at the dealership Tim Wright and Charles Hannah greeted me with superior customer service! They both went out of their way to make sure me and my wife had a great experience! I would definitely recommend either of these two for all of my family and friends automobile needs!!

Working with Tim Wright was a simple process. He is pleasant and knowledgeable, and made this an easy day at the dealership. He immediately took us to look at the brand of vehicle we were interested in and we went on a test drive. We then requested some time to look at the different ones they had available, he left us to look until we decided which ones we we wanted to also drive. He was responsive and on top of things while being totally low pressure on the sales side. Excellent sales experience with a very professional sales consultant. Highly recommend working with Tim!

Nothing I hate more than wasting my time!! If you can't give me what I want then I'd appreciate if you could be HONEST about it in the beginning! I wasted several hours here! These guys are a bunch of scam artist! If you know what's good for you, you will go elsewhere. Needless to say, I have a car that I love but I DEFINITELY didnt buy it from them!

I recently purchased a car from ALM Mall of GA. Maximus was my sales person. I felt like he went out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted in a car AND at a fair price. He was also very pleasant to deal with. If you are in the market for a pre-owned luxury car, I recommend checking with this dealership. I am pleased with my car and the overall experience.
