I purchased a 2020 GMC SUV at the ALM of BUFORD LOCATION. MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON THE VEHICLE LESS THAN A MONTH OF OWNING THIS TRUCK. I TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE MANAGER...SUZANNE WHO WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL NOR CARE ABOUT ME NOT HAVING MY TRUCK REPAIRED.. I CONTACTED EASY CARE AND WAS TOLD YHR CLAIM CAN BE AT RISK OF DENIAL IF I FILE A CLAIM FOR REPAIR...IM STUCK WITH THIS BROKEN DOWN SUV..SOMEONE NEEDS TO INTERVENE THIS SITUATION...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM THAT COMES ALONG WITH HELPING RESOLVE ISSUES WITH VEHICLES DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR..I WILL BE REPORTING THE UNOPERABLE SUV IF THIS COMPANY ALM DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 24HRS..SUZANNE DON'T CARE ABOUT RESOLUTION.

Do not trust this dealership! They will bait and switch you. I confirmed with a salesman and the store manager through texts, so it’s documented, that they would give me a specific amount for my brand new bronco before I drove an hour to look at a truck they had for sale. When I got there and was ready to commit to the deal they said the “owner” had looked at the deal and now they could only give me $5k less than their original quote for my Bronco. I suggest you look elsewhere when looking for a car. This stealership with not be honest with you.
