They provide excellent service, so for service they get 5 stars. However, I was in a week earlier to look at a car and there was a salesman that didn’t seem to care at all. I liked the car but didn’t want to buy because of the salesman’s indifference.

I have always received such amazing service from Audi of anchorage. I had a scheduling issue with my appt, and was so thankful they were able to get me in for an oil change. While checking in the young man at the front desk saw that I also needed a recall to be preformed. He was able to get that all taken care of while I waited. I was checked on while waiting to make sure I didn’t need anything. Also to note, when my vehicle was done, the tech explained me that they used Clorox wipes in the vehicle at any place where they touched. With the “crazy” going on that was very appreciated and the fact they went over the top was noticed. I know I would never go to another dealership ever again.

The service was excellent (friendly and fast), but I still am upset at the couple of thousand dollars I have spent on electrical system problems on this car.

I was being prioritized and taken care of from start to finish. The staff was easy to talk to and the process of getting into the garage up until picking it up was fast. Overall excellent service!

Cody in service was so accommodating and reassuring when it came to a service call on my new Audi A3. I was given a beautiful A6 to drive while my A3 was being serviced. The communication was outstanding. I love this dealership! Thank you!
