Nicholas could have informed me, in the hour and a half I
Nicholas could have informed me, in the hour and a half I was there, that my maintenance contact had expired 3 weeks prior. He also said it took longer because of an oil spill while changing it. There is no evidence of that and my vehicle still says it needs an oil change.

I called 3 times to confirm that a rental or loaner would
I called 3 times to confirm that a rental or loaner would be available given warranty work. I was driving up from ft myers. Also was told that the rental would be at no charge. When I arrived I was told I could pay for a rental or get an Uber. The only rental that they then offered couldn’t fit my family of 5. I cancelled apt and opted to stay local in ft myers. Just bad customer experience.

We thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your vehicle. We are sorry that the rental that was available didn't work for you and that it wasn't covered under your warranty. We use Enterprise for our loan vehicles - since Hurricane Ian, rentals are very difficult to get. There have been so many people who lost their vehicles. We're sorry to hear that you won't be returning.
