Appointment was fast, simple and efficient for a factory recall after attempting to do the same at the Cape Coral Ram dealership where nothing was fast, simple nor efficient!

I made an appointment online to do an oil change with

I made an appointment online to do an oil change with this dealership . When I arrived the one of the service managers took care of me right away. It took approximately 45 minutes for the oil change witch is what I normally wait at other dealerships. I added front and rear differential service and transfer case service. That added approximately another 45 minutes. Everything worked out perfectly . This is my first visit at this dealership so I will keep my reviews up to date.

Great Service.

Great Service. Communicaiton was good and the interaction with the service rep John was extremely great. He worked with me extremely well to getting my Dodge Avenger back on the road and running smoothly. I didn't work with Jacob, unless he is the mechanic.

I came to pick up my dodge RAM Laramie after the

I came to pick up my dodge RAM Laramie after the dealership had it for more than a month. Over the phone they agreed it would be detailed before I picked it up. The truck was given to me dirty! Not even a wash! There were stains on the back of the bed - I asked for it to be washed they took ot back over an hour and still returned dirty with the same stains - the manager tried to clean it off himself! I am not pleased with how everything has been handled at this dealership with my brand new truck!
