I worked with Joshua M and I have to say that of all the cars I have bought over my life, I have never been treated with as much mutual respect and professionalism the way Josh treated me. I had a very specific set of criteria for our next family car and Josh took all my concerns and requirements in stride. He was in constant contact daily, updating me on what he can find and then would work tirelessly to get me the best deal possible. In the end I did not buy, not because I did not want to, but what I was looking for just was not available, even though Josh spent days calling other dealerships for me in hopes of finding what I needed. No games, no pushy sales tactics, no backhanded comments intended to mess with the buyer emotionally like 90% of the dealerships out there do. Josh was a straight up professional that worked for me almost like a realtor for cars. If in doubt, if tired of all the wasted conversations with other dealerships, if you are feeling anxious about your next car purchase on a budget - just, stop, deep breath and call Josh ASAP! You will be well taken care of!!

I came into service for my 2018 Challenger.

I came into service for my 2018 Challenger. Turned out the expense was so high I could not afford to keep to pay the bill, nor any future repairs. My Mopar warranty wouldn’t cover. During my wait, I met Mr. Olivier ( Big Country) full of life and was there in my time of need and consoled me when I was loosing my precious Challenger Shaker that I only owned for a month. We had joked earlier about offering this black Challenger to me. Only learning this was going to be my new car. BC helped me thru this sale working with my anger and my tears and confusion.. I have worked with so many dealers and he is truly a professional and a kind hearted man.. Thank you for finding me and reaching out to say hello as I was just waiting for service.

The service was absolutely fantastic!

The service was absolutely fantastic! From taking it in to Russ calling to let us know it was ready at the end of the day. He stayed there so we could pick it up. The Lane manager came by to make sure everything was good also. We were leaving in the car and Garrett stopped to ask if everything was good because whad done the work on the car. The whole experience was amazing and wonderful! We will recommend the service and dealership to everyone.

I tried for 2 weeks beginning Sep 27 to get an

I tried for 2 weeks beginning Sep 27 to get an appointment for service. Left multiple calls, voicemails, and spoke to the operator twice, each time getting promised calls that never came. I finally got through in mid October to be told the earliest possible time was November 2. That was over a month from my initial call. it was an ABS warning that indicated it needed to be taken to a dealer. This criticism should in no way reflect on the service person, Tracy Lambert, who actually assisted me on the actual date of service. If anything she saved the dealership from my total disappointment and disdain That had occurred during the 5 weeks of no communication in my effort to get an appointment. Unfortunately the problem was diagnosed but the part had to be back ordered so I have to wait for the part to arrive before being rescheduled to complete the repair.
