The main reason I go back to this dealership is because of Jason Chance and his professionalism and knowledge of all the cars in the dealership. He takes the time to explain every little detail and answers all my questions with expertise.

I had been on the lookout for a preowned fully loaded 2021 SQ5 with low mileage, specifically in Daytona grey with the black optic package. I soon found out that an SQ5 meeting all of my criteria was hard to come by in my area until I stumbled upon the listing at Audi Lynbrook. I gave them a call to arrange a test drive and quickly received a call back from Gustavo Moreno who setup a day and time for me to come check out the vehicle and test drive it. Understanding my interest in the car Gustavo pulled the listing from the internet until I had a chance to see it. Upon my arrival at Audi Lynbrook, Gustavo was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. He was very honest with me from the start and didn’t try to push me one way or the other. He took me on a test drive that really helped showcase the attributes of the SQ5, which in turn really helped seal the deal for me. He seemed to know the car well and was able to answer all of my questions. Gustavo was also willing to work with me on a trade in to get me a fair price for my 2014 Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel sight unseen. Finalizing the deal was a breeze thanks to the help of Asia Johnson in accounting who took care of all the paper work and made the signing process easy. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took care of everything down to transferring the plates for me. Asia, who also happens to own an SQ5, got me excited and eager about my purchase! I would highly recommend Audi Lynbrook to anyone looking for a new or preowned Audi. My experience with this dealership and the folks that work there has been a dream and I can’t thank them enough for such a seamless process.

From the very first contact with the dealership to the close of our purchase, our experience was nothing short of beyond exceptional. I found a vehicle I was interested in. I called to schedule an appointment on Saturday 3/16 and was connected with Gustavo Moreno. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The vehicle was already waiting for me in the garage to take for a test drive. The car was immaculate. Gustavo was patient and knowledgeable. He explained many details of the car. I explained that my husband was not able to be there but wanted to know certain details. I was able to take pictures of the vehicle to send to him, which was not a problem either. I stated that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. we did all the paperwork and scheduled to pick the car up Tuesday. We arrived at the sheduled time on Tuesday. Everything for our transaction was ready. Gustavo went over all the electronics, paired both of our phones and took care of our trade-in details as well. We were then introduced to the Finance Manager, Falysha Pierre-Lys. Falysha was wonderful as well. She was friendly and very easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and patient as well.. She explained every detail and patiently answered all of our questions. I can not say enough good things about how we were treated from start to finish with our purchase.
