Jeep Renegade 2021
Joe and the rest of Napleton made finding me exactly what I wanted to have and where I needed to be on a payment very easy! They did not have the Jeep one their lot so they even traveled over a hour to go get it for me! It was sitting in my drive way less than 24 hours later! Dealership has not responded overcharges on my bil
I took the truck to this dealership to get an oil leak fix corrected that another mechanic wanted to replace a seal as the cause. I had an extended warranty. They could not find the cause so we agreed when checked out I would pay for 1/2 the rental and they would pay the other half. I since found out they got reimbursed by the warranty for the rental all except for one day. Now a collection agency is on my xxx the get reimbursed for the other day. No response from the dealership to get this rectified even though they acquired the rental
