It took a while to receive the parts but when they came in they worked fast and efficiently to do the work. I was very pleased in how professional and courteous they were would recommend them .

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I was out of town and had issues with my car. Carrie Bost was one of the best people I have ever worked with. I do not remember the name of the service technician but he explained what repairs were needed. The repairs were completed on time and my car drives like new.

Darnell was extremely friendly on the mark with in the mannerisms, knew his job well carried himself very confidently and showed how proud he was doing the job he was doing. The rest of the staff extremely friendly and the whole experience was in the lack of terms awesome.

I ave gone in there a couple times for service and or to buy a car. I’m on my second ram 1500 from them and my wife is on her second Jeep and we will definitely be back when the time comes again. And I can’t say enough about the service department as well. Always friendly and knowledgeable whenever I go in.

I took my Chrysler 200 convertible in for a water leak. Service advisor Carrie took charge of setting things up. I dropped the car off Monday evening for a Tuesday appointment. I was called by Carrie on Tuesday and told the weather stripping was bad and that one was one the way. Carrie arranged for a loaner car for me. I was not able to get a ride to the dealer in time to pick up the loaner. As if Carrie hadn't done enough already she suggested that she bring the car to my house and pick me up to go back to the dealer and finish paperwork, which was only 2 things and drive the car home. This outstanding kind of customer service is the ONLY thing that brings my family back. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer in the last 2 1/2 years. This kind of going beyond whats expected is something you do not find everywhere. Carrie is a true asset the the Leith team . Thank you Carrie for being there for us, well done.

I had a great experience at this location! I had several recalls for my Jeep that needed to be taken care of. I am originally from PA and my vehicle was purchased there. With that being said, it was my first time at this location and it was a very pleasant experience! The service department was great! The young lady, Carrie, who answered the phone was fabulous from my first phone call to my car getting delivered, she was on point! Even though my car was not purchased at this dealership, I had platinum service! Unfortunately, in the past, I have been to places where I fee o have been treated differently since my purchase was not made there, but not at this location. Carrie was very friendly, professional and genuine about my concerns about my car. She was very efficient in getting an appointment set up and my car repaired in the time frame it was promised! I will continue to go to this service department solely because of her! I will also encourage everyone I know to go see her at the service department if they have a dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram! Thank you Carrie!
